I am a barefooted hillbilly and very proud of it. My feet are a horrible mess though. There are callouses on my heels that are very dry and cracked, there are callouses on my big toes, and on the balls of my feet. I have used a few callous removers and the motors just don't seem to be strong enough to get through the rock hard spots on my feet. This set works both wet and dry and the motor is strong enough to break through the rock hard spots. It works quickly but also gently.
In the box you get the callous remover, 2 sanding wheels, a cleaning brush, a lid to keep the sanding wheel safe when not in use, and an instruction book. This does need 2 AA batteries which are not included. I am very happy with this set. It could be given as a gift. It would also make a great part of a beauty or mani/pedi gift basket.
