Thyroid Rite for heathy thyroid, metabolism Review.

I have only taken these for a little while so I cannot attest to the fact that they are perfect or for everyone. Personally I have had no side effects. The pills are easy to swallow.  No yucky after taste, or tastes that haunt you hours after taking them like some vitamins and meds. I ido seem to have more energy, which is awesome in my book.
They are all natural and  contains 14 handpicked natural vitamins, herbal extracts, and minerals.  As with any herbal pill please check the ingrediants in case you have allergies to any of the herbs. They also contain Five Essential Minerals. If you have an Iodine allergy do not take these!
You get 120 pills in this one bottle which is more then with some other brands.
The bottle says: Thyroid Rite not only supports healthy thyroid function, but also supports general well-being. I was given this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

Zitriom Shower Hose 60 inches Review

I was given this shower hose in exchange for my honest review.
It is 60 inches long made of High Quality Stainless Steel, Plastic and Nickel Materials. It has 1/2 ends which hooked up correctly to my existing plumbing and shower hear. I did it MYSELF, no tools were needed and it did not leak. The only tool I needed was a knife to open the package, it came in one of the blister packs. The company does provide a 1 Year Free Replacement Warranty. Seems to be high quality, does not feel flimsy like some others I have seen.

Culinary Couture Silicone Baking Mat Set Video & Review

These silicone baking mats are great, they make any pan non stick. They are very durable, large  16 5/8 X 11 inch mats, Just wash them with warm soapy water after each use.  I personally love silicone for baking, and these mats did not disappoint. You never need to grease these baking sheets as they are non stick already.

Silicone gloves for cooking by Zitriom Video Review

As you can see by the video they are safe for cooking, my son in law grabbed  a boiled egg out of a pan of boiling water. These gloves are 1 size fits all, they are about an x-large size though so if you have small hands you might want to try them on with cool items before sticking your hand into hot stuff to get used to using them. They do get a bit warm if you continue to hold the item so make sure when picking up something really hot that you are not gonna just stand there and hold it, have a serving dish handy.

NeeBooFit Resistance Loop Band Set Review

I received this product  for my honest opinion. Great work out bands! I decided to try these as an addition to our home workout gear and my husband and I are both very impressed by the quality. They are very strong and I feel secure that they won't snap while in use and I'm sure they will definitely last for a long time.  It comes with 6 bands ranging from Light resistance to XXX-heavy resistance, which makes it great for all workouts and all of the family members. My husband uses the harder bands, where I use the light to heavy. They go from 7lbs to 44 lbs of resistance but you can combine the bands to make it more. These are great if you feel the need to work out on vacation or at work, they are in a small box but also comes with a pull string bag to be tossed into your bag.

U-Bend Review

I was given the UBend in exchange for my honest review.
When the package arrived, there was this small bag about 4x6, and I said to myself, now what am I supposed to do with this? So I took it out of the bag and twisted, turned, and pulled on it a little bit, and then I knew what to do with this. It is little and compact, but it has a huge stretching distance, it does provide enough resistance so you can feel you are working muscles with it but yet it's not a hard hurt yourself resistance. I prefer to use it for the relaxation qualities, it is actually kind of fun, just bend, twist, and pull anyway your imagination tells you to. Being silicone it does pick up pet hair, lint, and dirt easily, but just run it under water and it rinses off.  Summer is coming, give this thing to your kids and they will busy themselves, imagination is a wonderful thing.  This is a Fun way to exercise the mind and body

My Review : The Publicist by Christina George Audiobook

The Publicist audiobook by Christina George, and narrated by Lisa Cordileone.
I was given a copy of this audio book for my honest review.
First let me say that I loved listening to Lisa Cordileone as she read. She has a very expressive voice, your could hear the smile in her voice when the character was smiling. She done an amazing job with each of the characters, she as great at keeping you fully involved and feeling what the character was feeling. i will be looking for more books read by her.
Now for the story. This is the 1st book in Christina George's Publicist series. Kate Mitchell is a publicist in a large and respected New York publishing firm. She is surrounded by crazy authors all day everyday. In the opening scene of the book she is called because one of her authors is fixing to take a dive off of a building because she got a bad review. Kate runs to the rescue and talks her down. Throughout the story you get a lot of detail on the career as a publicist and personally if it is close to being the way it is, I never want to be a publicist. Kate goes through a lot trying to keep her authors happy as well as her bosses. She has to think quick on her feet.
I personally do not like books about cheaters and cheating, just need to put that out there. Ms. George takes you through the gambit of thoughts and feeling both players have in the affair though and lets you decide whether to love or hate them, whether you want to think they are justified in cheating or not.
Mac is a editor at the same company and has his eyes set on Kate. Mac is married. Mac tries to make his affairs sound like they are ok, because his wife and him have not been really married for years, she no longer wants the relationship aspect but he cannot divorce her, because it would kill her. I don't buy his excuses but whatever. Anyway Kate falls for him and they begin their affair. She ends up in love with him, even though she knows it isn't right.
Then enters Nick. Nick is the nephew of a very close friend of Kate's. during Nick's visit from California his Uncle passes away, and the friendship that was starting between Kate and Nick turns into a night of passion. Kate really likes him but she is in love with Mac.
Kate is very indecisive as to these 2 men, she has Married Mac on the one hand and long distance Nick on the other hand. Kate's friend Grace ties to talk sense into Kate about the men, and Kate promises to break it off with Mac, but her heart won't let her.
When it comes to an end though, She definitely left it wide open for book 2. Talk about a cliff hanger. When you get the Publicist go ahead and grab book 2 Shelf life too.
All in all the story was very good, fast paced and was more fiction then romance. I really liked it.
