Quick Sweat Dice by Stack 52 Review

  

This set of dice is an amazing workout tool. You will get a different workout every time you play. There are 7 color coded dice. Red = core, Blue = cardio, Green = chest, Yellow = legs, Orange = arms, and the white one is the number die. 
  You roll all of the dice, the number die will tell you how many reps to do each exercise, the color dice will tell you which exercise to do.  The directions tell you not to stop in between exercises go from one to the next. You can play it as a game, you get 1 point per rep you complete, You can play by yourself or also play with a group. 
   You can take these dice anywhere with you, since there is no equipment needed for any of the exercises. The exercises are very easy to learn and they are all demonstrated on the stack 52 website.
   These dice were created by By Army Sergeant Mike Volkin for the Army. The US Army awarded Sergeant Volkin the Army Commendation Medal for the fitness programs he designed for the troops while stationed overseas.
  There is also a deck of cards. The website says if you can find just 5 minutes a day you can get in shape. With these dice. The website is an amazing tool to really help you with these workouts.

Majestic Pure Coconut Oil Review

It may not be a miracle oil but it's pretty close. You can use it on your hair, your skin, your nails, you can mix it with other oils. There is no scent to this oil. It comes in a very large plastic bottle, with a pump or you can leave the lid on and just pour it. Fractionated Coconut Oil can be used in lots of body recipes on the web for making lotions and more. You can use it straight out of the bottle or add some scented oils to it to give it a scent. Is a great massage oil also. This bottle does say external use only, so I wouldn't try it in toothpastes or lip balms. It is non greasy feeling, I like to put it on after a shower and add a little to my hair, and it does help with my dry, brittle, frizzy hair. I was given this in exchange for my honest review and I will be buying more when I run out of this bottle.

Vegetable & Fruit Julienne/Peeler By DHD Culinary Review

I was chosen to receive and try this Dual Julienne vegetable peeler in exchange for my honest review.

 The peeler has dual blades one side it for peeling the other is for julienning. It is made of stainless steel and seems to be very sturdy. It has a hook on the end for hanging. There are 2 nubs one on each side for digging out potato eyes or bad spots. The blades seem to be extremely sharp and peeled very quickly without having to put loads of pressure on it. I do think the julienne side made the pieces a bit thin though. 

It is very easy to clean up just swish around in some hot soapy water or toss in the dishwasher.

The company offers a no haggle money back guarantee. Which I don't personally think you will be needing.

Naturalico Smooth Feet! RECHARGEABLE Callus Remover Review

  I am thrilled to have been chosen to receive this rechargeable Callus Remover in exchange for my honest review. And Honestly I LOVE IT!! I am a hillbilly,  I HATE SHOES!!! The bottom of my feet are a mess, my heels, the pad of my feet and, and the pad of my big toes are hard ugly rocks, or at least they were last week. This week they are soft and smooth. I wish I had thought to take a before picture, but was so excited to get this and use it, I barely waited for it to charge to get started.
  The kit comes with the callus remover, the power pack, an extra grinding roller, an instruction sheet, and it all fits in a nice box. I love the metallic purple color on the handle, the unit is very pretty. It also has a LED light so you can see what you are grinding.
  It only takes a few minutes to have beautiful feet, this sucker spins lightening fast, it does have 2 speeds though, so if you just need a little touch up go for low speed.

 I have to admit I had to do some research to understand why  company would make and sell these strips. I know you need to keep good PH levels in swimming pools and hot tubs in order to help the chemicals work for keeping your water clean. Well now I know it is the same concept, instead of chemicals keeping water clean, PH levels in your body helps fight diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease and obesity, and also linked to improvements in memory and cognition, reduced pain and lower risk of hypertension and stroke.   These strips are very easy to use. They come in a plastic case. pull one out and either hold it under your urine stream, or you can spit into a spoon and test via your saliva. You should not put the strip into your mouth. Either way it takes 15 seconds for the strip to produce your results. On the back of the plastic case it has all of the colors listed and the numbers.

Shredded Memory Foam Pillow Review

When the UPS truck pulled up out front and handed me a box 6 x 6 x 24 inch kind of heavy box I was intrigued, I get packages a lot but couldn't figure out what would come in this sized box that was kind of heavy feeling. So I walked into my desk,  got out the letter opener and opened the box.
  There was this spiral roll in the box. It was wrapped in cellophane. I started unrolling the cellophane and this flat pillow emerged. I thought "Oh no this pillow is gonna suck". After the cellophane there was a plastic bag, I took the bag off and immediately the pillow came to life and started growing. It was like one of the wash cloths that is sealed real tight, you drop in water and it grows. By the time this 2 inch flat pillow was done growing it was about 6 inches thick. My "Oh no" thought was now "WOW".
  My husband who watched the whole thing unravel, so to speak,  then decided HE needed a new pillow and this one looked like just the ticket.
  We already do sleep on micro foam pillows, but somehow he has managed to crush his into a U shape, so yes I guess he did need a new pillow. He sleeps with an arm and shoulder under the pillow and it misshapes every pillow he uses.
   This one being shredded has made a difference there. The shredded micro foam moves around to where he wants it then when I make the bed the next morning I just kind of shake it and it is back to pillow shape. He also says it is extremely comfortable. I will be buying a second pillow for myself.

MY Konjac Sponge Bamboo Charcoal Facial Sponge Review

I was given a chance to try and review this  Konjac sponge with bamboo charcoal. At first I had no idea what it did or how to use it. After a bit of searching the web I came across a few video tutorials and I was immediately intrigued.
  When I first opened the packaging it was as hard a pumice stone but after soaking it in water like the directions said it became incredibly soft and ready to use. You can use the sponge with or without soap, I chose to test it without.  I squeezed the sponge between both hands to get the excess water out, I started buffing my skin in small circular motions which gently exfoliated.

  The konjac sponge is completely natural and biodegradable. It typically lasts for 2-3 months and has a string to hang it with so it will completely dry, preventing any bacteria from growing. The sponge shrinks when it is dry, which is perfectly normal and should be expected. It’s great for people with oily or acne prone skin as it cleanses your pores and reduces oil.
