Up and coming star author Jack Ripley has promised his wife a house by the sea for years. After his first books goes best seller he finally has the money to make their wishes come true. They find the newly renovated Winthrop house, that has everything they want. Plenty of room and its on its own private beach. Little do they know this house hs been shunned by the community for years and has a strange past of people coming up missing. Will Jack and his family become another part of the legend or will they be able to survive the legend with their lives?
