The colors of this short kimono robe is just stunning. The silky satin feel is amazing. As thin as it is it is also warm. I love this robe. I like the shortness of it I can wear it around the house over my PJ pants when it is chilly in the mornings and evenings and it keeps me warm. I love the lake blue color it is just beautiful. Also the Peacock and floral design is just so beautiful. The colors all go so well with each other. My husband even told me it was very pretty without being prompted. Men don't usually pick up on things like that. This comes about mid thigh on me and I am 5'6. It is shipped in a zip top plastic bag. There was no weird or stale smell to it when I opened it. It comes with a pretty long waist sash. I would of liked it having a pocket but I am happy with it just as it is, I washed mine in cold water on gentle cycle and hung it on a hanger to dry and had no problems at all with color bleed , light spots, or blotchy looks anywhere on it.
