This set of cushioned wrist rest pad and mouse pad are very comfortable to use. They do not lift my wrist to high or put my wrists in awkward positions. These are great for my desk top and my laptop both.
I love the mouse pad. It is large enough for whatever I need or want to do with my mouse without it falling over the edge. I have carpal tunnel and am awaiting surgery so the pads on both the keyboard rest and the mouse pad help by keeping my wrist in a more natural position and I don't have to hold it there on my own.
The pads are foam filled and very soft to my wrists. I prefer the foam filled personally to the gel filled ones as they are not as cold on my wrists, which tends to cause more pain for me.
Both have a rubber bottom so they do not slide around during use, and I do not have to affix them to the desk in any way. Which is really great since I switch back and forth between the desk top and laptop.
This really is a great set, and I am very happy with it.
