Rules for the New Sugar Baby

1. Are you worth it? Hell yes you are, ten times over

2. Hustle big, hustle hard and get out fast

3. Never, ever fall for your sugar daddy

I’ve always believed “I’m not that sort of girl,” but with my father’s debt to a bloodthirsty crime lord to pay off I have no choice but to dip into the sugar bowl.

Misha, a handsome older billionaire, is willing to pay top price for me. Something about my daddy doesn’t add up but with a debt to pay I don’t have the luxury of being picky. I’m the luxury in his life, his fantasy to fulfil, and I’m going to play my part to the fullest.

My name is Ciara, and when daddy calls, I come.

** Book one of the LOVE DON'T COST A THING series

“Ciara?” I reach down to help her off the floor. A moment later I feel her fingers tugging at my belt.

Oh.

Oh.
That’s what she was asking about earlier when she blushed and just now when she trailed off. She wanted to know about sex. I’m such a fucking idiot sometimes. I never said anything and now she thinks she has to do this.

I grasp her forearms and lean forward. “Ciara. It’s all right. You don’t need to do that.”

Her mouth is very close to mine and she licks her lips. In the soft lights of the car they look plump and deep pink and my gaze becomes locked on them.

She’s so fucking beautiful.

I’ve thought about touching her ever since she sent me those pictures. I haven’t been able to get her out of my head, in fact. But they were abstract thoughts about sex that were never going to come to fruition. That could never come to fruition, because I’m not who she thinks I am.

Now she’s offering to give me exactly what I want and my brain is presenting me with reason after reason why I should have sex with her. It’s what she expects. Sex is implicit in our arrangement. It’s what she thinks I’m paying her for. She might get suspicious of my motives if I don’t take her to bed.

I really, really want to taste her.

“Would you like me to? Be honest,” she whispers.

My hesitation tells her all she needs to know. Her fingers continue unthreading my belt. It clinks softly and loosens and I feel myself grow hard in anticipation of her touch. My hands caress her shoulders and her blonde curls glide against my knuckles. So soft. I push my fingers into her hair, caressing the back of her head, and she feels like heaven.

Ciara’s hand rubs me over my trousers and even that gentle touch makes me groan. She outlines my length with her forefinger and then traces the swollen head of my cock. I watch her, my breathing shallow, as she undoes the button and then slowly eases the zipper down. Her hand dives inside my underwear and pulls my cock out, hot and swollen in her cool fingers. A conceited part of me can’t help but admire how thick and long I look in her hands.

She licks her lips and I instinctively grasp the nape of her neck. Yes. Suck me. My gaze is locked on her face as her pink tongue slides across the broad head of my cock. Her hand caresses my length and she licks me again, wetting me thoroughly before taking me into her mouth. I feel the drag of her lips and then the lave of her tongue, and I groan and lay back against the leather seat.

Jezus Christus, how did you learn to do this?”

Ciara draws her tongue along my length with delicious slowness. “I’m a whore, remember?”

Anger rolls through me even as she slides me to the back of her throat. Has she been seeing other men? Aren’t I giving her enough money? She’s not a whore, not even when I’m paying her for this. I catch hold of her hair tightly and force her gaze up to mine. “Listen to me. You don’t see any other men but me.”

She nods quickly, her mouth still full of me.

“I’m your daddy. Are we clear?”

She nods again and I let her go, sinking back to enjoy what she’s doing. “Fucking good,” I growl, as she continues to work my cock. She’s heaven with that mouth. I look at the blush in her cheek, the way her lips slowly suck me, her eyes closed. From the way her tongue is caressing me I would almost think she was enjoying this.

Her hands slide up and over my belly and she makes a little noise in the back of her throat. Maybe she is. Maybe she likes blowing me.

I reach down between her legs and grasp her silken thigh. She catches my wrist and draws her mouth away from my cock. “Don’t,” she says in a broken whisper. As if she’s ashamed of something.

But I need to know. Suddenly it’s the most important thing about this. Not the money. Not my fucking brother. Not me pretending to be something I’m not. Her. She’s the most important thing. And I need to know if she’s wet.

“Baby. Let me feel.”

There’s nothing Brianna Hale likes more than a large, stern alpha male with a super-protective and caring streak, and when she’s not writing about them she can usually be found with a book, a cocktail, planning her next trip to a beautiful location or attending the theatre. She believes that pink and empowerment aren’t mutually exclusive, and everyday adventures are possible. Brianna lives in London.

A simple notification turns my world upside
down...

The tabloids are reporting,
I’ve taken the crown and run. (Not
entirely true)

As you might have guessed,
I’m not an ordinary girl and I don’t lead an ordinary life,
But that doesn’t mean I always follow the rules.

This time, though, I feel compelled to obey.
Which means I have to find a king,
To sit alongside my throne,
Or lose it all.

With only
the clothes on my back,
I head to
the land of majestic playboys,
Where a royal rebel strides
right into my life.
With his
sultry eyes and sinful lips,
He turns my
world right-side up.

The press is calling him washed up. (I think he’s
anything but)

Gorgeous, sexy, irresistible,
And utterly charming,
He’s exactly what I’m looking for.

Everything is almost too perfect,
Too easy.

Until I discover,
This hot-blooded royal has a reason for being here.
And it’s more than just me.

That thing I said about easy,
Turns out…
Nothing ever is.

My royal rebel has a name,
It’s Prince Adrien Laurent.
My name is Princess Victoria Blanchette.
And this is our story.

Tarot of Cocktails: 45 Divine Drink Recipes by Katy Seibel

5*
This is actually a fun book. It is a recipe book featuring 45 drink recipes. The fun part is they are crafted after the Tarot Deck. Certain kitchen items are used to imitate the Tarot Deck. Orange or other citrus slices are the suns. The drink names are also related to the Tarot Deck with names such as  Princess of Moscow. There also photos of each cocktail and tips and tricks for home bartending, like how to correctly mix a drink, preparing fruits and veggies to add to the drinks, types of cups and glasses and so much more. This is a great book year round but would make a super fun addition to Halloween parties and more.

I received this book from the Author or Publisher via Netgalley.com and chose to leave this review.

Matty Matheson Matty Matheson

5*

Unlike a lot of cookbooks this also has a biography included. You not only get a ton of wonderful recipes you also get to know the cook Matty Matheson, and as a bonus a lot of wonderful photographs. The photos are not just of the wonderful food but there also also personal pictures and pictures of Prince Edward Island.

Both the story and the recipes are great. The recipes go from simple no brainers to fancy restaurant style fare. This is one cookbook you will be doing more then looking through the index to find out whats for dinner.

Terra Flamma: Wildfires at Night by Stuart Palley

5*
Firefighter and photojournalist Stuart Palley documents California's wildfires in this book.  he shows the awesome power of forest fires in his photography but also the beauty of it, and the rebirth after each fire. In the destruction of the fires there is also beauty. he also gives you a run down of the fire, if known how it started, how much land was effected and all the other known facts. I love how after some time he also shows you how Mother nature replenishes the scorched earth with the beauty of nature.

I personally live int he middle of the Ocala National Forest in Florida. The Forestry department lights what are called control burns several times a year. These control burns are believed to be the best way to
take care of the choking under growth and dead trees and branches so that when there is a forest fire they are better able to get it under control so that in the populated areas the danger is lessened extremely.

This is a beautiful book even with such a dangerous and scary subject.

Home Made Christmas by Yvette van Boven

Homemade for Christmas is a cookbook that was years in the making. Yvette van Boven has written Christmas recipes for years in newspapers and magazines. Now she has brought them together in this yummy book. There are tons of recipes all great for adding to the Holiday table or just a way to bring the holidays to your kitchen year round. I personally love the fact that there are make ahead recipes. I know in my home, I have a small kitchen but I feed about 35 people every year during all the main holidays especially Christmas and Thanksgiving. I run on crunch time trying to get everything together and cooked so having some make ahead recipes is amazing. My right hand has nerve damage so I can only cut, chop, peel, and mix so much at a time.

There are over 100 recipes with step by step instructions. There are menu ideas to plan ahead the whole meal. There are tons of photos as well.

Side note some of the recipes are simple but most do take skill. These recipes are truly bomb shells not really simple country fare. Some of the ingredients are hard or expensive to come by as well.

I received this book from the Author or Publisher via Netgalley.com and chose to leave this review.
