Book Trailer:

My Review:
The book started a little slow but once it got moving it was really moving.

The story is about Olivia. One night she is tragically murdered and believes her husband killed her. She does not cross over but comes back to make him pay for killing her. The big question though is did he really kill her or did someone else do it and if so did he have any part in it?

In the beginning the book jumped a bit fast for me from one time period to the next but it was well worth it. Once you had all of the back ground you needed from the first few chapters, then the book really took off.  The book carries you through a full torrent of emotions. You get the sweet, the love story, the sad, the grief, the scary, the determination, the mystery, and then it rounds back to love.

It really was a great book and I really enjoyed it.

A lesson learned

From a young age, I discovered—and fell in love—with creating worlds and happy endings. I began “fixing” stories written by famous authors, mostly by giving them happy endings or inserting various scenes that I believed would spice up the story. Then, I began writing my own stories, and yes, I had self-doubts, fear of failure or need for validation. All that was—is—part of the creative process, but I now consider myself a professional writer, not only because I write, but because by pursuing my dream of writing, I taught my grandchildren to dream, too, especially my granddaughter, who is now 13-years-old. For years she sat beside me, sometimes an hour at a time (an unusual long time for a child to sit still) and observed with a certain amount of intrigue as I was writing one book or another. One day she asked me why I didn’t write children’s books. I told her I wouldn’t know what to write in such books. I don’t think my answer sat well with her. Though she never voiced her true thoughts, the look in her eyes all but shouted, “What kind of a writer are you?” About half-way through She Never Got To Say Goodbye, my granddaughter began talking about wanting to write a book. She would come up with the topic if I helped her write it. I agreed, especially because her topic—bullying—is a social issue with so many ramifications. Using the pen names, Alexa and Angel Dumas, we—she—titled the book Unbullied. The book has received positive reviews—including one from Readers’ Favorite. Though it’s very short, our readers seem to appreciate the challenge of writing about such a difficult topic.

You see, to her, it didn't matter if she was going to succeed; what mattered was that she fulfilled her dream.

Blurb Blitz: An Accidental Gentleman by M.Q. Barber

An Accidental Gentleman
by M.Q. Barber

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
GENRE: Erotic Romance
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

BLURB:

Fast forward never took so long . . .

Kit Runyon isn’t looking for a man to keep—she’s happy with the occasional one-night stand and no strings. Making sure her family’s electronics repair shop is profitable enough to support three generations is her main focus. But when Brian Hendricks walks into the store, one look, one word, and she knows he’s not wired like any man she’s ever met before . . .

Brian’s attracted to Kit’s strength and no-nonsense attitude, but he’s tired of the one-and-done dating scene. He’s ready to settle down with the right woman, even if that means he’ll have to play things slow and stay out of her bed to show her there’s more to love than just mind-blowing sex. But at this rate he’s liable to short all the circuits . . .

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Excerpt Two:
Gravel crunching under his tires, Brian pulled up to the farmhouse and parked alongside Rob’s pickup and the SUV they’d gotten to replace Nora’s beater. Fuck takeout. He’d run his ass off cramming best-man duties in the narrow window between Christmas and New Year’s. A bachelor deserved to dine off that apology at least through summer grilling season. After Labor Day would be soon enough to call them square.
He took the porch steps in one leap. Rob understood women. He’d landed Nora despite the awful introduction Lucas would never live down. And Nora, she’d know why his nameless Amazon had rejected him. She’d decipher woman-code, he’d track down said woman, and the date would be on.
The unlatched screen door invited him on inside. He poked his head ’round the corner toward the kitchen as the screen snapped shut. After eight. They might’ve eaten or be out back finishing up.
“Hey, Sherwood, Maid Marian, what’re you serving tonight?” he yelled toward the stairs as he patrolled the empty first floor. The dining room sported actual furniture instead of Rob’s piles of someday projects. Living with a woman changed a man. “I come bearing no gifts.”
“Brian, I swear to—” Rob’s deep bark cut off, and the peal of Nora’s laughter followed. “If you’re staying for dinner, grab a beer and go the fuck outside for at least fifteen minutes.”
He slumped over the banister and howled his laughter. Heading into month six and they still went at it like newlywed rabbits. “You’re only giving her—”
“Make it thirty.” Nora shouted louder than her husband. Bedsprings creaked.
He sucked back the laughs to get words out. “You two trying for a baby up there?”
Cover Reveal: Dark One's Mistress by Aldrea Alien
OTISA 2-Pack 10 foot High Speed Heavy Duty USB Charging Cable
I love these charging cords, I have them in our Dodge Journey. My Daughter and 2 Grand Children are living with us at the moment and when we all load up and go places it is great to have a cord long enough for the 3rd row seating so my Grand Kids can play with their tablets during our ride. Yes we could run a short set of cables from the data/charging port in the back of the car but with the 10 foot cords my Daughter can make sure the cords are plugged in throughout the ride, so the tablets stay charged.
These cords have not given us any problems with slipping out of the charger or their tablets. They seem to hold very tightly. These are the high speed cords so even while the kids are playing their games. The cords are thick and feel like they are very sturdy. They feel like they will last a long time.
KINGDOMCARES Ultrasonic Waterproof Facial Cleansing Brush Rechargeable
Over the years I have had a few facial brushes. Some have been great, some have been a waste of my money and time. This facial brush from Kingdom Cares is one of the bet I have used The head does not spin around in circle but it does pivot back and forth and effectively cleans my face. The bristles on the brush are soft it does not feel like sandpaper on my face. It does not feel like it is ripping all the skin off my face either. The brush fits in my hand nicely and it is so easy to use. I love that it is rechargeable.
It comes with the facial brush handle, 2 brush heads with lids to protect the brushes when not in us, and it has the charging dock.. The dock is small and does not take up a lot of room but does hold the brush up in a upwards position without constantly falling over. It also has a great pull string topped bag for taking it on the go with you.
I am extremely happy with this facial brush and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a great brush.
