When We Cook Together-The Best Chocolate-Balls Ever by Ally Nathaniel

I just made chocolate balls with Jacob and his mommy and enjoyed every minute of it. This is a really cute and educational book for both children and their adults. There are tips at the end of the book for parents about allowing kids in the kitchen, and how to turn that time into a learning experience. And you get a awesome no cook chocolate ball recipe.
The book is written by Ally Nathaniel and illustrated by Caroline Artayudianto, and they both done a great job.

Alligators Amazing Animal Kingdom Series By Emma Child

Emma Child has done an amazing service the whole Alligator species. She has delved deep to introduce you to the Alligator. This book was written for children, but I know a few adults who should read it. I live in Central Florida and there are lots of Alligators around where I live, which is he middle of the Ocala National Forest. We have tons of lakes and lots of swamps, which are where the gators live.
The pictures in this book are incredible. I am so glad I was not the photographer.
The facts in this book are not only interesting but educational.
I got my copy of the book from the author in exchange for my honest review, but you can get your copy on

Odysseus by: Simon Spence

This is a great story for Children, I would not personally say for younger children but probably ages 8 and up. It is a book in the Early Myths series. It is a Greek Myth about Odysseus, written on a child's level. The book is interactive and all through the book there are spots to click that will pronounce hard names or words, also there is a spot to click that will read the book to you a you follow along. There are awesome pictures on almost every page. The pictures are great and your child may spend more time looking at and commenting on the pictures then listening to the story.
I am a fan of Greek Mythology and really enjoyed this story even on a child's level. I do not have ITunes so cannot say anything about the interactive parts of the book but I am sure they are great also.
In 2014, Early Myths won a bronze medal at the Moonbeam Children’s Awards for the first book in the series, Perseus

Vitamin D Gummy Bears: For Kids & Adults (Vegetarian for Kids & Adults)

I am not a pill taker, I hate pills actually, but these Vitamin D Gummies are are really good. They are a cherry/peach flavor, they have a nice tart but not sour fruity flavor. The kids will love them. They are not real chewy like a real gummy bear, so even young children would not have a problem with them.
They are all natural, 100% Gluten free, gelatin free, They have no milk, nuts, egg or soy in them. They are made with all natural flavors and color. They are made in the USA.
Children ages 4-8 take 1 a day, Children 9 and up and adults take 2 to 3. Each gummy contains 800 IU per serving. Each Gummy has 100% Recommended Daily Allowance.
Vitamin D is not a vitamin readily available in many foods but we all need it and this is a very tasty way to get it.

Funky Craft 9pcs Premium Ergonomic Crochet Hooks Set

I really like these Crochet hooks. You get 9 in the set. They come in all the popular sizes,  2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 and 6 mm, perfect for any project I can think up. The handles are brightly colored and each one a different color so you easily tell them apart.
They are ergonomic and very comfortable in my hand.  I love the handles, my fingers and hands would hurt using the old fashioned skinny needles, but not with these. They are easy to grip and have a natural feel, almost like holding a pencil instead of fighting with the really thin old fashioned ones.
These would make a great gift for anyone who enjoys crocheting or even for someone just learning. The hooks are smooth aluminum, the yearn won't snag on it. They are a Excellent set of crochet hooks.

Eco Defense Mosquito Repellent Bracelet

These Eco Defense Mosquito Repellent Bracelet are really nice they are all natural so safe for the kids. I wrapped one around my Grand daughters ankle while she was outside playing and she came back in with no bites. While she was playing in the kiddie pool I wrapped the bracelet around the strap of her bathing suit.  We live in Florida so there is no part of the year where there are no bugs. These come in a zip top bag which is great for storage since they are good for up to 150 hours. The bracelet is a micro fiber material with a plastic snap on one side and multiple holes at the other end to push the snap end through, so they are adjustable from small children to large adults. These are infused with natural Citronella, Eucalyptus, Lavender, and Mint Oils to repel mosquitos.
