marrying the man of her dreams and moving from her hometown she sought out a

Instantly Sweet by Barbara Schieving and Marci Buttars

I love my instant pot. It makes dinner a whole lot easier and quicker. As much as I love it, I never really thought about using it for desserts. This book of 75 delicious desserts is the perfect addition to anyone owning a instant pot or even a regular pressure cooker. Not only do you get wonderful desserts you also get color photos, tips and tricks and even troubleshooting for instant pots. This is an awesome book.

Thinner in an Instant Cookbook Nancy S Hughes

My husband bought me a Instant Pot and I have to say I am in love with it. I have been searching high and low for recipes so I can use it a lot. I love how fast meals can be prepared and they can be healthy as well. This book featured a bunch of tasty sounding recipes some of which I've even made. I love the wide array of recipes and that they are all under 350 calories. I do wish there were pictures though. I not only choose my recipes from the ingredients I also choose many of them by the pictures. If it looks good and sounds good I am open to giving it a try ore often.

She Sheds Style by Erika Kotite

Not only have I been graced with my own shed I also have my own room inside of the house. My she room is my craft room and I pretty much have it fixed the way I want it. My shed on the other hand is my husbands old Man cave. He built himself a 2 car garage and gave me his old shed. It has a nice work bench, lots of shelves, and a great work table. It does have 3 windows as well. But it is filthy. With years of working on the motorcycles and cars I am not sure it will ever be cleaned.

I have moved my candle making stuff to the shed, as well as some storage bins I didn't want in the house anymore but didn't want to get lost in one of the other sheds in our yard. I have not decided what to do with this shed to spruce it up and brighten it up. After looking through this book I have found so many ideas that now I can't decide which way to go with it still yet. I would see something I loved then turn a page or 2 and find something else.

This book will give you some great ideas and you can incorporate more than one. If you narrow down what you want.

Awesome book and it will overload you with tons of ideas that will work with any she shed or even a she room.

Kawaii Doodle Cuties Pic Candle, Zainab Khan

This book is filled with little doodles from around the world that you can learn to draw yourself. I was personally not blessed with the ability to draw. I cannot make a straight line even with a ruler, but I have always wanted to be able to draw. This easy to follow book with step by step instructions and pictures even had me drawing some of the doodles and if I may so myself they looked pretty good.

This book is great for anyone interested in doodling. From beginners to full on doodle artists. The doodles are all adorable. They are broken down into sections as well. Things like foods, places, and other things.

Forever Yours Featuring Crissy Sharp

The Glamorous Life of a Mediocre Housewife by Crissy Sharp

Lotty Brooks’ days consist of avoiding thoughts of her failing marriage, changing diapers, and trying not to eat chocolate brioche for breakfast and lunch. However, everything changes when her perfect, lakeside Montana neighborhood begins bustling with crime and she seems to be the target.

Jason Brooks wants to know what happened to the woman he married. Lotty’s a mere shell of her former self. When she becomes the focal point of neighborhood threats, and the town seems to question her innocence, he must decide how well he knows his wife.

As Jason and Lotty try to get to the bottom of the threats and find those responsible, they’ll need to remember what they once loved about each other. Otherwise, they may lose everything and everyone they care about.

It was his hideous cheval mirror that provoked Lotty. The pompous owls carved into the edges sneered at the bedroom as if they knew her and Jason’s marriage was falling apart. The crack in the top corner reminded her of everything that had gone wrong between them. She normally steered clear of the monstrosity, but today it caught her eye and she stopped right in front of it. Smack dab in the middle where she could see every stupid owl.

Somehow Jason’s mirror highlighted all her imperfections. Maybe it was the way he saw her now. She closed her eyes so she couldn’t see the stranger with slumped shoulders and tired eyes. She tried to think of herself as the confident, young mother she’d been, but the image dissolved before it ever came into view. Gone were the skinny jeans and heels. Now it was yoga pants and a muffin top. The bright-eyed Lotty Brooks was a distant memory. She missed the excited version of herself, the one who loved her husband and felt loved in return. The woman she’d become was a sad shell of her former self.

Lotty turned away with a sigh and shoved the last bite of her breakfast pastry into her mouth, letting the gooey deliciousness numb her sadness. Who needed skinny jeans and heels in a world where chocolate brioche masqueraded as breakfast? Maybe she should resign herself to a life in pants with stretchy waistbands.

She picked up Jason’s jacket from where he’d left it on the floor. Jason. Maybe what she needed to resign herself to was a life without him, but the thought tore at her heart.

Erin
McDermott was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated college
with a bachelors degree in History. If she's not in her room writing,
you may find somewhere on the Jersey Shore with her family. She has
been writing stories since 3rd grade. It was not until after
experiencing the fast-paced life New York City had to offer that she
decided to finally take the plunge and finish her first book, CAPTIVE
REBEL (The Allegiance, Book 1).

During
her years in college she expressed a deep interest in Greek
Mythology, which she incorporates into The Allegiance Series. She is
incredibly grateful to her family for supporting her throughout the
trials and tribulations of the independent publishing process.

"When did you first begin writing?"
I began writing in 3rd grade while watching my brother's Little League games. I would just sit in a corner and write. The books I wrote were inspired by "Little House on the Prairie," by Laura Ingalls Wilder. I would sit and write about my life in the houses I lived in, just as she wrote about her life in her diaries.

"When did you decide to first publish a book?"
I always loved writing, but the idea of publishing a book seemed like an impossible dream. I never thought I'd finish a book, never mind actually publish something. It wasn't until I was working a job that I really didn't enjoy that I decided to set to my dreams and complete a book. Then my first book was born, Captive Rebel.

What advice would you give to those who are trying to write a book?
I once read somewhere that writing is like building a sand castle. The first draft is you filling a sandbox with, well, sand! It's messy, it's unstructured, but it's something to work with. Knowing the first draft is going to be sloppy is the only way to finish the book. Once you finish a book your goal seems more realistic and the edits will come on easy. The edits are you building the sand castle in that scenario, by the way.

What inspired you to write Captive Rebel?
Actually, I had a dream. It was a vivid dream and I needed to get it down on paper. In one night I wrote 10,000 words. Then, I didn't look at that story again. Not until after my job in New York City when I finally decided to begin pursuing my dreams.
