FREETOO Full Finger Biking/Riding Gloves

My husband and I love to ride the motorcycle. My husband always wears a set of riding gloves. He has a few different pairs but he really liked this set when he first put them on. They are very comfortable and the fit is great to his hands. They are breathable too, his hands were not sweaty when he took them off. The velcro strap at the wrist is great as well. It sticks together very nicely and is fully adjustable to the wrist. I can even wear this set of gloves and my hands a a lot smaller then his. These are very stretchy, so fit great. They are thin and conform to your hand. The fingers are not really long so they do not have the sloppy finger tips, which could get you hurt. I also tossed these int he washer and they came out fine.These also grip nicely to the handlebars with it letting your hands slip around, and he can use all the the bikes controls like the radio and stuff which are on the handlebars of our motorcycle. We are both very pleased with these gloves.

Vacuum Storage Bags by HomeXperts

I love these vacuum storage bags. Vacuum storage bags have become the answer to my storage problems. I have a small house and very little storage area, and I like having stuff. I just have no room for my stuff. I have a few different bedding sets that I like to change out every few months. They take up a lot of room. Now I can put them in one of these vacuum bags. I can bag 3 or 4 bedding sets and store them int he same space as 1 set not in a bag.
This set comes with 8 bags. You get 3 jumbo, 3 large and 2 medium. In the jumbo I can put my comforter, a thin blanket, the set of sheets, the shams and pillow slips, and the dust ruffle. I could actually add more to the bag, but I like to keep the sets separate. When I want to use them I just pull out the bag and I am ready to make my bed.
These are very easy to use. Put your stuff inside, close the zip top bag, hook the vacuum end up and turn it on. In seconds it will shrink flat and you are ready to store. These are also reusable.

VBT: Hunters of the Dream by Ingrid Koivukangas

Hunters of the Dream
by Ingrid Koivukangas

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
GENRE: YA Fantasy
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

BLURB:

When the summer holidays begin, Aurora thinks she’s just a normal teenager about to have another boring summer. Then, for her seventeenth birthday, Nana Brin gives her a long-silent Oracle that has been passed down through their family for generations. The mysterious Oracle soon awakens in response to the creeping Darkness that is escaping and destroying all worlds. Aurora must quickly find the courage to come to terms with her calling as the Huntress of the Dream.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Excerpt Three:
As the Bone Seer began to pick up another bone, she hesitated, cocking her head from side to side, as if listening to someone speaking. She breathed in sharply, surprised, and suddenly frightened, and in a high pitched voice began singing:
The wise one will read the signs,
As the all seeing one awakens,
When the drum woman travels,
And the compass unravels,
And he, who swims between worlds,
Joins the one who sparks and twirls,
The broken wing is set free,
The wolves howl and protect thee,
Gathering under a double moon,
Agreements hewn,
The Huntress is born again,
As Darkness slips its chains.
Looking directly into Aurora’s eyes she hissed, “The Darkness is waking, Aurora. There are many teachings you must complete, and amulets and allies to gather in preparation for the battles ahead. You must find your fellow hunters before the Darkness escapes and finds you, or all will be lost.
Interview with Ingrid Koivukangas
As a kid did you write or make up stories?
I think my child self would tell you there is no real difference between the two, only that one is written and the other spoken.
Where does most of your Character inspiration come from?
Most of the characters arrive through dreams and during meditations.
Do some qualities of your characters come from real people?
All the characters in Hunters of the Dream are fictional. I think that characters, in all books, have qualities that are shared with real people.
What was the inspiration for your book?
As an environmental artist my work is about creating a new sense of awareness between people and the natural world around them. I work with deep intuition, dreams and meditation. Most of my work is gallery-based, and often combined with workshops and residencies working with small groups. I wanted to reach more people and invite them to see, and experience a world of wonder. I have always loved storytelling and writing and had been thinking about how I could share some of the experiences I’ve had working with Nature and Spirit, and combine them with fictional characters. I wanted to reach out and speak to the hearts of youth, and adults. As my intention became clearer, the Hunters of the Dream characters began to arrive, during meditations. They each carried a part of the story with them, and their stories blended with parts of mine to become the Hunters of the Dream Trilogy.
What is your favorite spot to write?
I love writing by the water, whether it’s the ocean, a lake, a pond, river or stream. My studio looks out an artesian spring fed pond.
What advice would you give budding writers?
Just keep writing. Keep following the story. Stay true to your characters. Don’t give up.
Three months undercover is a long time. After missing Gareth’s birthday, Jack is determined not to miss their first anniversary. But coming home and being home are two very different things. EXCERPT
“That was one spectacular brunch,” Gareth sighed, mellow and content, as they wandered slowly along the beach. He hadn’t just eaten oysters until he was ready to pop and washed them down with a bottle of creamy, lemon-scented fizz. They’d also been ordered to stop by the shack on their way home to collect a cooler full of freshly caught, baked, and smoked goodies to take with them. And Jack, who took orders as well as a mule, hadn’t said a word against the edict. Now the surf was a soft rattle of pebbles and hiss of foam sinking through sand, the sun caressed his skin, and the salty breeze was surprisingly pleasant. It wasn’t summer warm, but nowhere near chilly either. “And this… this is perfect.”
The day got better than perfect when Jack shed his green fleece, showing off the steel-gray sleeveless top he wore underneath. Gareth feasted his eyes on the long, elegant line of Jack’s back and slid his gaze across wide shoulders down to strong, muscled arms and capable, long-fingered hands.
For someone who always complained about Gareth’s teasing, Jack wasn’t doing a half-bad job of it himself. He looked edible standing on the pebble beach, framed by the endlessly shifting gray-green wash of the sea and with the soft blue and white of an April sky above. Gareth could have sworn that the air around him grew just a tad warmer as Jack stretched his arms up over his head and arched his back, seemingly to work out the kinks, but drawing Gareth’s gaze inevitably to his pert ass and long legs, encased in snug black denim.
After over two weeks of drought, Gareth’s body took immediate notice of the display, especially when Jack pushed his aviators up to rest amid his dark choppy hair, tipped his head back, and basked in the sunshine. Having seen in the past how quickly Jack’s skin caught the sun—he had looked like a local after a mere week in the desert—Gareth knew that he would be asked the following morning if he’d had a good holiday. But that wasn’t what made Gareth’s jeans grow uncomfortably tight. No, that reaction was due to him imagining Jack spread out on their bed, his skin gleaming golden in soft lamplight, and with the same blissful look on his face that he wore right then.
Damn the brat for playing his little games in public! Gareth drew a deep breath and then another, trying to calm his heart and mind. Of course it didn’t work. Wishing the beach and everyone on it into the second circle of hell had no effect either.
“Perfect. Just… perfect,” he grumbled, catching up with Jack.
“Told you. Best oysters in England.”
Synopsis: You don’t greet your new boss dressed like an underage rent boy. But when Jack Horwood—ace hacker and ex-MI6 operative—opens the door to Gareth Flynn, he's too busy to worry over details like that. And anyway, his potential new boss is his former Commanding Officer – the same guy Jack has had a crush on since he was seventeen. So he should understand, right?
When he applied for the job in Nancarrow Mining's corporate security division, Jack had hoped for peaceful days repelling cyber attacks. Maybe a bit of corporate espionage on the side. His plans didn't include rescuing abused children, hunting pimps, or dealing with his overly protective and hot-as-hell boss, Gareth Flynn.
Walking away is not an option. Jack never takes the easy way out. More than that, meeting Gareth raises old ghosts that Jack needs to put to rest. Rescuing kids. Taking risks. Saving the day. Jack can do all that – but deciding what to do about his attraction to Gareth isn’t the sort of cloak-and-dagger game Jack plays well. Yet Gareth, strong and smart and always on hand when needed, might be Jack’s salvation.
Synopsis: Jack Horwood doesn’t do families. Or Christmas. From the time his mother sold him to her pimp to the moment he walked out on the man he loved, Christmas has always been about change and painful choices. This year seems no different. Helping Daniel and Nico recover from their imprisonment and hunting down those responsible puts Jack in a frame of mind he doesn’t want to inflict on anyone. Least of all Gareth and the tentative relationship they’ve started to rebuild.
But Gareth, for whom Christmas is all about new beginnings, won’t let Jack take the easy way out. He makes him face his ghosts instead. Even when said ghosts invade their bedroom.
When Daniel’s parents are found, Jack is determined to settle the matter without involving Daniel at all. But fate decrees otherwise, and it’s Gareth who helps him finally understand that the strongest bonds are those forged together. Once he gets that, Jack can step up and make a decision designed to lay his ghosts to rest—for good.
ABOUT JACKIE KESWICK
Jackie Keswick
Jackie Keswick was born behind the Iron Curtain with itchy feet, a bent for rocks and a recurrent dream of stepping off a bus in the middle of nowhere to go home. She’s worked in a hospital and as the only girl with 52 men on an oil rig, spent a winter in Moscow and a summer in Iceland and finally settled in the country of her dreams with her dream team: a husband, a cat, a tandem, a hammer and a laptop.
Jackie loves stories about unexpected reunions and second chances, and men who don’t follow the rules when those rules are stupid. She has a thing for green eyes and tight cyclist’s butts and is a great believer in making up soundtracks for everything, including her characters and the cat.
And she still hasn’t found the place where the bus stops.
[Ultra-Slim 10000mah] Portable Phone Charger, External Battery Power by Hallomall
This is really a very nice power bank. It has a aluminum body that looks like brushed stainless steel. It does attract or hold onto fingerprints. I love that. It is 10000 maH so will charge my phone several times before it's battery runs down. Will also charge other devices as well. my tablet, my camera, and my husband and I both vape instead of smoking and it does a great job of charging those batteries as well. It will charge anything that uses a USB cord. It will also charge 2 devices at the same time.
   It is a little over 6 inches long and 3 inches wide and about 1/2 inch thick at it's widest point. It is kind of heavy too. Not great for a shirt pocket, but with the power it puts out, it's great for taking on the go in backpacks, purses, or briefcases. This is really a great item for the on the go person who uses a lot of technology while on the go. My husband and I go on a lot of weekend getaways and vacations, not to mention day trips. I am one who needs thousands of pictures of our times out, so can kill my phone and camera quickly. This is great to have along. I put it in my shoulder bag an have a 3 foot cord attached to it so I can use my phone and camera while it is hooked to the charger.
This power bank comes in a very nice padded box and includes an instruction booklet and a Micro USB charging cord. I use my own longer cords but it is always nice to have an extra. This does not include a wall charger but works great with the different ones I have already. Also works great in my car chargers.
Aroma Diffuser, Amir® 120ml Colorful Ultrasonic Humidifier Aroma Diffuser
I am a huge fan of essential oils and diffuser. They make my house smell wonderful and the oils also have great healing qualities. Stress relieving and also for such things as colds.
This diffuser holds up to 100 ml of water, and only needs a couple of drops of essential oils to make a room smell wonderful. This can be used with the rotating lights, steady light, or no light at all. It can also be used with 30 seconds on 30 seconds off steam, steady steam or no steam, if using as a night light. It automatically shuts off when it runs out of water. Diffusers do need to be cleaned occasionally. Depending on how often youa re suing ti. a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice and 100 ml of water works best I have found. If the little burner so to speak gets clogged up the diffuser will not work. This is a nice and small diffuser. It would also make a nice gift.
