Bento Box Containers with Cutlery from Koolsupply

I wish someone had come up with idea years ago. This makes packing lunches so much easier. This box is compact but holds a lot. There are actually 2 lidded containers in this set. It also come with a plastic knife, fork, and spoon set. The elastic strap is adjustable to 1 of both bowls. These bowls are leak proof, microwave safe up to 3 minutes, and dishwasher safe. They are made with BPA FREE and toxic FREE materials.
This bowl set works amazingly well with the lunch bag also from Koolsupply. It fits perfectly into the lunch bag. The bowl set is 7.3 inches long x 4.3 inches wide x 4.3 inches high. Each bowl holds up to 20 ounces. Great for sandwiches, but cut them in half to fit better, add some chips, fruit, veggies or whatever and have a full lunch.

"VBT: Sky Garden by Jenny Schwartz"

Sky Garden
by Jenny Schwartz

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
GENRE: Romantic Suspense
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

BLURB:

On the rooftops of London, you can be anyone.

A year ago, Lanie Briers escaped a serial killer. She grew up in a theatre family and her act was mediumship, but not anymore. Life, now, is a hidden retreat above a quirky Bloomsbury museum, where she waits and watches.

Nick Tawes is an unexpected intrusion. He's a landscape architect filming a television series on roof gardens, and he intends to build one in Lanie's aerial territory. He has his own demons, old family troubles, that lure Lanie out of her refuge and into living again.

But as summer progresses and the sky garden grows, Lanie's enemy is closing in--because some secrets must go to the grave.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Excerpt Two:
She hadn’t cared for vintage clothes before, but living in the time capsule of her flat, the temptation to go all-out was irresistible. So she’d started prowling the street markets for clothes, and especially accessories, from the 1950s, and snapped up sewing patterns from the era. Then she could make her own costumes. And they were costumes. A tiny part of her knew that she was employing a classic distraction ploy: dazzle people with a costume or some outrageous trick of appearance, and they tended not to notice anything else. Not the shape of your nose, the line of your jaw, the way you walked. There was nothing quite so anonymous as an eye-catching costume.
Interview with Jenny Schwartz
As a kid did you write or make up stories?
Absolutely! I was one of those kids with an imaginary friend. I can’t for the life of me remember his name, but I do remember running in after being with him and telling my Nana that there was a wolf in the yard! PS wolves are pretty much non-existent in Australia.
Where does most of your character inspiration come from?
I wish I knew. Characters just seem to emerge for me. I start with a name, age, some basic physical description, and they rush onto the page, jostling me out of the way in their haste to come to life. I’ve heard that some authors use actors as inspiration, at least, for appearance, but that doesn’t work for me. Somehow, somewhere, my characters are just waiting for their chance to star!
Do some qualities of your characters come from real people?
Not that I’m aware of. Probably they pick up things from all over, but I don’t consciously note things like a guy’s way of walking, a woman’s head tilt, a celebrity’s personality.
I like discovering more and more about my characters as I write. Yes, I’m a bit of a pantster, rather than a detailed plotter.
What was the inspiration for your book?
A few things came together for Sky Garden. I’m fascinated by how stage psychics structure their performances, and so emerged the heroine, Lanie, an ex-medium. Are ghosts real? What haunts us? But Sky Garden isn’t a paranormal romance. There’s a lurking threat in the real world, and a very challenging hero. I finally got to write a gardener-hero, although Nick is a bit of a different gardener, being a landscape architect specialising in roof gardens. I’m interested in urban landscapes and issues of city living, and that comes through in Sky Garden.
What is your favorite spot to write?
I have a cheap desk that is exactly the right height in relation to the plain wooden chair I sit on. It’s all arranged to keep my wrists from getting RSI. I bless my typing teacher (yes, I’m old enough to have learned typing in high school) for insisting on good practises. Look after your body and you can keep doing what you love.
What advice would you give budding writers?
Nothing teaches you how to write so well as actually writing. That said, keep learning. Read books and blog posts on the writing craft. Keep up to date with changes in publishing. Talk, whether online or in real life, with fellow writers. It’ll take a while to sort out what works for you. Everyone has their own unique approach. Respect your instincts.
Thank you so much for such a great interview!
SOWTECH(TM) LED Gaming Mouse, Professional 2400DPI Ergonomic Optical USB Wired Gaming Mouse
    I gave this mouse to my son in law who is a avid gamer. He is loving it. He has one that was much more expensive and has since added it to his drawer of items he is not using. Since giving him this mouse he has told me Thank You more then once.
  He loves the feel of it in his hand. He loves the click of the buttons and the smooth scrolling. My Grand kids love the 7 different colored lights. He says the braided wire is one of the best he has used. But mostly he loves that he can set this mouse up the way he wants it. He says the programmable aspects of the muse make it very easy to use while gaming or just surfing the web. Th mouse is a good size, not to big, not to small. It feels good in his hand being ergonomic.
Cliganic Blackhead Remover Kit
I have a couple of these Blemish Tool Kit and this one is by far the best. The tools are bigger, the holes are bigger, and there are tools that actually do more like the needle one, It not actually a needle but it does have a sharp point on it. All of which makes this one more useful. This one also has a very nice zipper case to keep everything nice and neat inside.
Blemish Tool Kits are very nice to have if you are prone to acne or just get occasional pimple. This Blemish Tool Kit is made from stainless steal. The kit includes a several different hoop sizes, spoons for easy extraction and large blemishes, and a sharp needle extractor.And the biggest thing an instruction sheet. The other sets I have had no instructions. I had to search online just how to use these. Cliganic thought about everything.
Extra Long Shoe Horn Mobility Aid, 24" Length by Atom Health
This is a nice sturdy shoe horn it's made of a very strong plastic. It has a large handle end on it for easy grabbing. The handle hole is also nice for hanging it so you don't loose it. I love that it is 24 inches long. No bending at all to get shoes on.
My husband has bad knees and arthritis, he says it is really nice for getting his shoes on, and he really likes that it is long enough to help, not like the short ones where he has to bend and twist for them to work. Works great for his boots also. No more curling the heels up on the shoes while trying to get your foot in. Once the heel is curled in my book the shoes are trash, they are very uncomfortable, this shoe horn will stop that from happening.
Multifunction Heavy Duty Sprayer by ThunderTrading
  I have a rather large yard and I have lots of plants, trees, and bushes and I live in Florida. So watering my plants is a daily must. In order to water the plants quick and easily a watering can is out of the question. I would be all day running back and forth refilling the watering can. So I need a great spray nozzle. The problem with most spray nozzles is they have one to 3 settings and for my tender plants they are all to much.
    This spray nozzle by Thunder Trading has 7 sprayer settings. This is great for every plant in my yard as well as washing the cars, motorcycle, the house, and letting the kids play in the water. It is made out of a kirsite material, this is a metal. It has a rubber gripping handle. It also comes with a a very nice plastic screw apart hose connector. This sprayer looks and feels very sturdy. It can be used anywhere outside and left on the hose and not have to worry about it getting destroyed in the weather. The Florida sun loves to eat plastic.
Excerpt Two:
I couldn’t move. That was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had, much worse than my first pelvic exam.  In fact, right about now, those stirrups are looking pretty good, because that would distract me from all the memories that brief encounter resurrected.  It’s been over twenty years and he still makes my stomach jump.
“Who was that man?”  Bas asked.
I couldn’t dance around his question like I did last night. “Uhm...did I ever tell you how I got the money to start my business?”
“Does it have anything to do with the couple we just met?”
“It has everything to do with them.”  I took a deep breath and continued.  “My girlfriends know about Jonathan, but only a handful of people know about Terrence.”
“Come on, let’s sit down.”  He guided me back to the club chairs, we sat down and I stared out the window.
“I spent the summer before my junior year and my junior year of college working at Motif Magazine in Paris.  The short version, Terrence and I met at the Louvre.  We were both trying to see the Mona Lisa.  Unfortunately, so was everyone else.  Instead, we spent the afternoon exploring the museum and by closing time, we were in love.  He was in Paris working for his father’s company.”
“That’s your ex?”
“Have you ever wondered if it’s possible to be married and no one know?”  He looked perplexed.  “Let me answer it for you.  Yes.”
“Excuse me?”
“Towards the end of summer we were hooked at the hip.  We spent all of our free time together.  Instead of going home for the holidays, I stayed in Paris and spent them with Terrence.  Spring came and the air was filled with love.   He proposed and two weeks after Valentine’s Day we got married.  When his parents found out, they came over and yanked him out of our apartment.  The last time I saw him was that morning.”
AUTHOR Bio and Links:
I am a single Christian woman who loves God, Fashion and Cute Guys. Not all women who write Christian fiction will admit to that.
The subjects I write about are considered taboo in Christian fiction. If you want to read about Christians dealing with unrequited love, apprehension to give love another chance, arranged marriages, physical attraction, divorce, annulment, controlling their urges, infidelity, abortion, dating younger men, being a single mother, slipping up and sleeping with your estranged ex, standing up for yourself, being honest about not liking your in-laws, still being attracted to your ex, battling postpartum depression, having challenges in your walk with Christ or if you aren't too proud to admit you sometimes get angry and yell at God, then you're in the right place.
The people that read my books have a thing for designer clothes and accessories and aren't ashamed to admit it. To them a cute Christian guy on their arm is the finish to the perfect outfit. Sort of like lipstick, you don't have to have it, but it sure makes you feel prettier when you do.
 Interview with Tracy Reed
 As a kid did you write or make up stories?
Yes, I did write stories, they weren’t that good, but they were good first attempt at writing.
Where does most of your Character inspiration come from?
I don’t have a particular source for my character inspiration.  I draw from a pool of resources.  Someone might tell me a story or I'll see something in a magazine or while I’m out shopping or eating that grabs my attention.  If the idea sticks, I’ll kick it around in my mind.  Sometimes it gnaws at me and if it does, then I’ll try bringing it to life.
Do some qualities of your characters come from real people?
Most definitely.  I make it a point to build realistic character traits into all of my characters.  I want the reader to feel as if they are talking to or peeking in on one of their friends.
What was the inspiration for your book?
The inspiration for What My Friends Don’t Know, came because I wanted it to be sort of like Sex and the City, for Christians.  I also, wanted to show people that Christians aren’t that much different from anyone else, when it comes to fashion, romance and their career choices.  Unfortunately, there’s a stereotype about Christians or people that love God, that they don’t care about fashion or being attracted to the opposite sex.  The reality is, people who love God, also have the same romantic challenges, appreciation for fashion, fine dining and the other finer things in life.
What is your favorite spot to write?
My favorite place to write is my bed.  Unfortunately, my laptop died and I’ve been stuck at a desk.  I hope to get a new laptop this year so I can go back to writing in my bed.
What advice would you give budding writers?
What advice would I give budding writers…good question.  My advice is, write the book.  Don't worry if it’s good or not, just write it.  Next, don’t over think every little typo or missed grammatical error.  Then, I highly suggest linking up with some sort of writing organization.  I’m a member of RWA and it has been a tremendous resource for both information, friends and motivation.  Lastly, read whatever you like…it’s the best way to improve your writing.
