Thunder® 3 in 1 Design Ice Scrape Snow Shovel Snow Brush

This tool is awesome. I don't now about for snow because I live in Florida, but for washing my car I love the Chenille brush and the nylon brush. The handle is made of alloy aluminum and 2 tools can be put on at once. I put the brush on one end and the chenille pad on the other end and I can fully wash my car this way and really don't even have to get my hands that wet. It does have a very nice end for scraping snow off windshield and the brushes would be great for wiping away the remnants when done scraping. This can be a year round tool in every climate since you can scrape snow in the winder and uses the awesome brushes in the summer to wash the car.

Thunder® Snow Off Car Windshield Snow Cover Sun Shade Protector

I love in Florida, we don't have snow, but we have tons of sun, and that sun is hot. This may be great for snow but it is amazing for sun. This has a reflective side, that keeps the inside of my car a whole lot cooler then without it. I was going to send this to my Mother In LAw in Pennsylvania who does have snow but I think I will keep it since it does help so well with the heat in my car.
The Cover is thicker then any I have ever seen. It is 79 X 42 inches so great for just about any vehicle. It folds down and fits nicely into the included pull string storage bag. It has a fold in the center that would be great for getting the snow off of the windshield with pout getting covered in it. It is very flexible all the way around which is really helpful for getting the snow off. No more scraping snow, just pick the blanket up shake and done.

Arm Sling Shoulder Immobilizer by One Planet

My mom tripped and fell breaking her arm and shoulder. She had to have a reverse shoulder replacement.. She has to wear one of these immobilizer slings, the one they gave her in the hospital she said was awful. It was made of material and felt like it was cutting into her. So when asked to try this product it was perfect timing. Mom is now wearing this set and is more comfortable. This has no rough biting edges. It is full adjustable with velcro on the sling and the immobilizer itself. This goes over the shoulders instead of around her neck. She can loosen or tighten at any time with just a pull on the velcro. This is not to say that the velcro is not strong, becuase it is. The velcroed pieces are large enough to do the job very nicely. It is machine washable also.

31 in 1 Sports Kit Accessories Bundle Kit for GoPro - 8GB Memory Card by Action Camera Kit

Great set of accessories. I can now take my Go Pro into pretty much any situation or on any adventure and know that I can get great pictures as well as keeping my Go Pro safe. There are 31 pieces to  this set, and it comes in a great zippered case. These folks even thought about tossing in a 8 gig memory card. That alone makes this set valuable to me.
I love taking pictures, I also love taking videos as we ride. We ride the motorcycle as much as possible. Riding the motorcycle is so different from going in a car, there are no walls s to speak or windows to stop you from seeing the full view of everything around you. The GO Pro and these accessories make it so much easier to be able to share that view with others also. With this set since it does come with a car mount, which I did not have I can now take better video's when we do take the car. Before I had t either hold the camera or try to finagle a phone mount to get video from the car. I also love the tripod. The tripod is a flexible one, so can be set pretty much anywhere, just bend the legs to make it more stable and also it can be set on uneven ground with a couple bends and twists.
I do have another accessories set it boasts about how many pieces are in it but they counted each and every screw, glue pad and things like that so I didn't have more then a couple of pieces that actually were useful. This set is the real deal with real mounts, not just pieces and parts.

Bath Toy Organizer + 6 Bath Rubber Toys + 2 Extra Heavy Duty Suction Cups from Bath Time

I love this bath tub toy holder. I have had a couple toy holders but they were small and only held a couple of toys. This one is actually large enough to hold all the bath tub toys we have. It also comes with a 6 pack of squeeky toys to get the fun started.
The kids have several bath tub toys and they are pretty much all over the place in the bathtub, every corner is full and for me to take a bath or shower I have to move the toys. Now With this great bag, the toys are all in one place. I really like that it comes with 2 types of suction cups. We use the larger heavy duty ones, instead of the smaller plain suction cups. This bag is made of mesh so the toys are able to drip and dry, no worries of mold. I also like that it can be tossed in the wash machine. By adding a couple of safety pins to the top I can toss the whole thing toys and all in the washer on gentle cycle, but do not let it go into spin cycle and the toys and bag get a good cleaning.

Book Description:

J.J. Sherwood’s debut novel KINGS OR PAWNS: THE KINGS, BOOK 1 is the first in a high fantasy epic series sure to please fans of both the science fiction and fantasy genres.

The year is 8994 P.E., and the city of Elvorium is corrupted—rotted to the core by the machinations of depraved politicians. With his father dead and the country facing a rebellion, Price Hairem becomes the king of the elven world of Sevrigel in one of its most turbulent points in history.

Young and daring, Hairem is determined to eradicate the corruption festering in Elvorium’s self-serving and all-powerful council, which thwarts his best intentions at every turn. But Hairem’s problems are far more sinister¬—and deadly—than merely political. The loyal members of the council are being savagely murdered by an assassin loosed within the city—an assassin whose brutality knows no bounds. Outside of the city, the Lord Saebellus wages a vicious rebellion against the capital. He has been thwarted thus far by the brilliant General Jikun, and Hairem is certain that the general can crush Saebellus.

But instead of continuing the campaign against the warlord, the council orders Jikun’s army to be split, sending him on a mission that furthers only their own wealth and power. Jikun knows that the council’s demands will leave Elvorium vulnerable to an attack from the formidable warlord. Although Saebellus has been recently defeated, he is far from vanquished. As corruption and death threaten to tear the city apart from within, the rebel Saebellus seizes the opportunity to lay siege to Sevrigel’s eastern capital and unleash his most powerful weapon yet: a demonic beast that neither weapon nor magic can kill. With the elven world crumbling around him, Hairem is grasping for his own power to fight against the forces that threaten Sevrigel.

Will Hairem overcome the council’s scheming and duplicity? Can General Jikun defeat the warlord Saebellus? Will this be the war that finally brings Sevrigel to its knees? KINGS OR PAWNS offers action, intrigue, mystery, and suspense—a thrilling story that will leave readers hungry for the sequel, Heroes or Thieves, to be published in February 2016.

Author Interview for T's Stuff:

  1. Where did you get the inspiration for Kings or Pawns?
I’ve been world-building for this series for close to twenty-years and there are so many factors in my life that have led to the creation of this series—moving, college classes, roleplaying, linguistics, etc…! It would be impossible for me to select any one thing.
  1. Who was the hardest character to write about? Who was the easiest?
The hardest character to write was actually one of the primary point-of-view characters and, as it turns out with readers, the most popular: General Jikun Taemrin. He refused to co-operate through the first several drafts of the novel and it was only in the final editing stages that he finally opened up.
The easiest character was the mute servant girl, Alvena. She wasn’t even supposed to have a point-of-view, and yet she was so delightful, I let her have her way.
  1. How long have your been writing?
I have been writing since kindergarten. And working on this particular series since I was 7.

  1. Is there a specific ritualistic thing you do before or while you write?
Nope! I just like to sit on the couch where it is quiet, usually in a bathrobe, and write! With my four cats.
  1. Do you ever get writer’s block? What helps you overcome it?
Yes, but it is rarely because I don’t know where to go with the story, but rather because the words refuse to form themselves into coherent sentences. Hahaha. I usually just force myself to write horrible sentences until my rebelling mind breaks.
  1. Will there be a sequel to Kings or Pawns?
Yes, Heroes or Thieves. I’m looking at publishing sometime between February and May of next year.
  1. If there is one thing you want your readers to remember about you, what would it be?
I am fearless in the fantasy genre—I like to work outside the box and yet keep a healthy dose of realism involved to make the fantastical believable!

Excerpt:

The sun winked off the frozen surface of Lake Michigan the next morning as I drove south to McCormick Place. During one of the most brutal Chicago winters in decades, the smudge of purple clouds tinged with pink and gold hinted that the fury of winter might—just might—have peaked. I parked in the overpriced lot, bought half a dozen cups of overpriced coffee, and carried them into the massive exhibit hall.

The crew was setting up lights and shades, and Mac was behind the camera framing shots. MacArthur J. Kendall III owns a production studio in Northbrook. He started out shooting sweet sixteens, bar mitzvahs, and weddings, but parlayed that into corporate videos. We’ve worked together for nearly twenty years, from the days of two-inch video, to one-inch, three-quarter, and now digital.

Mac’s name, salt-and-pepper hair, button-down shirts, and penny loafers scream WASP, but the nasty scar running down his left cheek saves him from total Episcopalian infamy. He tells people he was attacked by a Mexican drug lord and made me swear never to reveal it was from a car accident.

I went up to him. “What do you need me to do?”

“You have the shot list?”

I nodded and pulled it out of the canvas bag that doubles as my purse. We went over it. He gestured to the main area of the Delcroft booth, which featured a large projection screen with the company logo on both sides, and about twenty chairs arranged theater-style.

“What time’s the first presentation?”

Teresa Basso Gold, our client contact, had told us to be prepared for a series of short remarks by Delcroft executives touting the company’s latest innovations.

I checked my watch. Barely six thirty. “The doors don’t open until nine, and Teresa said not to expect anyone until ten. But you can get some establishing shots, if you want.”

“Sounds like a plan,” Mac said and strolled over to confer with the crew.
