This all vanishes the night she catches her fiancé, Brandon Morgan, in bed with her worst nightmare, Donna Sinclair, just a week before Holly is set to walk down the aisle.

Attempting to recover from his betrayal, Holly swears off the affections of men in order to pick up the pieces of her crumbling life. Unfortunately, meeting Jake 'Hooligan' Peters is not part of her plan. The tall, dark-haired and handsome as hell med student, sweeps Holly away from the pain of her past and reveals to her the bright future that lays ahead. Athletic Black Socks from Fuego Co

These black Athletic Socks are the best socks I have seen around. They are made of Prolen Siltex 77% / Polyamide20% / Lycra 3% / Silver 60ppm. The silver in the socks is an antibacterial and help by keeping your feet from stinking. These socks have extra padding where you need it most and no seam on the toe to make these the most comfortable socks I have worn. They also stay in place, no slipping and sliding and they also help keep your feet cooler. I like that they are fit for each foot, they have a L and a R on the sock L means left foot, R for the right, these socks are designed and fit so that the R sock will fit perfectly to your arches, ankles, and toes. I have never seen another sock like this before. And feet stay dry. These socks are very lightweight also. I had no problem with them being to tight or too loose. They offer a great sizing chart to make sure you get the right size when ordering, instead of getting them and they not fitting and having to go through hassles of returning, That to me means a lot.
I have other socks from Fuego Co and I love them too.
I received my pair in exchange for my honest review, and honestly I will be buying more.

FastMile Ponytail Headband

This is the best thing yet to us Biker Chicks. I love riding but my hair is always in knots at the end of the ride, not just my ponytail but also the shorter hair up front. With this amazing headband ponytail holder it actually tends to all of my hair. The headband is about 3 inches wide with a hole in the back for your ponytail to feed through. It is made of very soft material and will mold to any sized head comfortably. It is also thin, fits well under my helmet. You can wear it on your forehead or up on your hair line. It also did not make me sweat.

Excerpt:
Virginia successfully backed the car into the parking space at the third attempt and turned off the engine. Samantha, beside her, breathed out deeply. She was still alive. Slowly, she unclenched her fingers from the seatbelt. She had never been driven by Virginia before and if it never happened again, that would be too soon. The journey down the busy A38 trunk road had been a succession of near misses and near death experiences. Driving without due care and attention didn’t even begin to describe it. When they had crossed into Cornwall and embarked upon the ever narrower lanes, Sam had genuinely expected death to come at them around every corner. Throughout the whole trip Virginia had kept up a non-stop chatter about the prospect of exploring Rock Island. Understandably she was excited at the thought of going to the island, but it was to the exclusion of all else, road safety in particular.

They climbed out of the car, Sam managing to resist the temptation to throw herself to the ground and kiss the tarmac under her feet. Instead, she took a few deep breaths, dried her palms on her jeans, and looked around. One unexpected side effect of having the fear of death put in her was that she found that she was experiencing life with total clarity, and she looked around with interest. The car park was halfway down the hill leading into Tregossick and the view across the bay to the island was as clear as a bell after all the rain. Sam glanced at her watch and was pleased to see it was just before three o'clock as arranged.

From the moment they left the shelter of the car, they were assailed by the twin noises of seabirds wheeling overhead and the regular crump of waves against the beach. While Virginia went off to get the parking ticket, Sam had time to look around. The car park was almost full and most of the cars had roof racks for surf boards. A quick glance down to the beach showed that the waves had enticed quite a number of wetsuited figures into the water with their boards.

Author Biography

Firstly, my name isn't T A. It's Trevor. I write under the androgynous name T A Williams because 65% of books are read by women. In my first book, "Dirty Minds" one of the (female) characters suggests the imbalance is due to the fact that men spend too much time getting drunk and watching football. I couldn't possibly comment. Ask my wife...
I've written all sorts: thrillers, historical novels, short stories and now I'm enjoying myself hugely writing humour and romance. Romantic comedies are what we all need from time to time. Life isn’t always very fair. It isn’t always a lot of fun, but when it is, we need to embrace it. If my books can put a smile on your face and maybe give your heartstrings a tug, then I know I’ve done my job.
I‘ve lived all over Europe, but now I live in a little village in sleepy Devon, tucked away in south west England. I love the place. That’s why you’ll find leafy lanes and thatched cottages in most of my books. Oh, yes, and a black Labrador.
I've been writing since I was 14 and that is half a century ago. However, underneath this bald, wrinkly exterior, there beats the heart of a youngster. My wife is convinced I will never grow up. I hope she's right.

BTipsy lemon squeezer

This lemon squeezer by Btipsy is a very nice stainless steel juicer. Works great for all fruits not just lemon and limes. It is very easy to clean up, just rinse clean with hot soapy water or toss in a dishwasher.
The holes at the bottom are large enough to let the juice out but hold the seeds and pulp in.

Deluxe 2 in 1 Manual Salt and Pepper Mill by enviHome

I love the design of this salt/pepper/spice grinder. It has an hour glass shape which is just too cool to me. I am somewhat different and funky and love somewhat different or funky things. This is different from other grinders I have seen. It is mostly made of a quality plastic, clear where your spices are so you can see when it's time to refill and also so when you want salt you don't grind pepper.  It has stainless tell accents.
The grinder is a very strong ceramic and it is fully adjustable from super fine to very coarse with just a twist of the screw. The black section on the  grinder is kind of textured to make it easy to grip while grinding, this I love.
It comes shipped in the cutest tube which would be great in a gift basket or just as a gift.
