Knee Sleeve from Perfect Brand

Can you see the ding in the knee of the leg on the right, which is my left knee? Yep I have a lot of knee pain. It keeps me up a lot at night, I end up pacing back and forth through the house instead of sleeping, because the pressure of standing on it does seem to help. I am impressed with this knee sleeve I GOT SLEEP last night!!
 These knee sleeves are made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex, it is infused with copper technology for increased pain control. They do not fit to tight to where you have no movement at all, they are very flexible. They are silky soft also, There is a tag inside but I cut it out with scissors. They are very comfortable to sleep in, and would be great during the day too. These are machine washable and dry.

MEAT-STUFFED EGGPLANT

MEAT-STUFFED EGGPLANT

2 eggplants (about 1 lb. each)

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 lb. 85% lean ground beef

1 c. chopped onion

1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

1/2 tsp. dried oregano

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut eggplants in half lengthwise; scoop out centers, leaving 1/2 inch walls. Sprinkle shells with salt and pepper and place cut side up in a large shallow baking dish. Chop scooped-out eggplant centers and set aside.

In a large frying pan, brown the meat, stirring; pour off fat. Stir in chopped eggplant, onion, parsley, and oregano. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

Add tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Spoon about 3/4 cup of the mixture into each eggplant shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 45-50 minutes.

1 serving = 1/2 eggplant with stuffing.

I also added about 1 cup of sun dried tomatoes rough chopped, and a small can of sliced mushrooms also rough chopped, and 2 cloves of garlic, minced.

This a very nice car charger. It has not 1 but 3 USB ports, which is great with all of our electronics. I like to listen to my MP3 player while in the car via my car radio, and since I also use it at work and cannot charge during the day I always have it plugged in while in the car, then I have my phone, which I also like to have charging while in the car. When my husband or my daughter or booth are in the car with me they also have their phones, MP3's, tablets, or whatever and they want to charge also, so now with 3 ports on this one charger it makes it so much easier considering I only have 1 charging port in my car.

Snug Baby Monitor for Smartphones (Apple/Android)

Very easy and quick to set up.  Download program was easy to install and use. Picture quality was to me extremely good, usually you get what you pay for, not that this one is cheap junk but it's not one of the top of the line hard core ones either. I love the night vision setting. This sets on a flat surface so no worrying about where to hang it. It easily moves from room to room as needed. It is even compact enough to take with you while traveling. It works on wifi, so you could set it up in a motel room while you are out enjoying yourself and make sure no one messed with your stuff.  While at work are the kids home? It's summer right now and I know  lot of older kids re home alone, you can keep an eye on them. This is not just for babies.

Epica Large Digit Timer / Stopwatch

Great timer / stopwatch. It has a large LED screen with Large numbers that are easy to read. It has a magnet and a stand on the back for standing it up or attaching it to any metal object like stove, microwave, or fridge door. It takes 1 aaa battery which is included. In total this time is about 4 x 4 inches, the LED screen is 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. It has a quite loud alarm on it. Being small it is portable and you can take it any where in the house or yard with you. It also has a stopwatch so it has a million uses instead of just keeping track of your baking time.

Smokey Mountain Herb Grinder Bundle

I am a from scratch cook, there are no boxed meals served in my house. I am also a budding Gourmet cook. I love using spices, and I really love using fresh spices and herbs. This is at the top of my list of favorite kitchen gadgets, and let me tell you I have tons of gadgets. I have  couple of spice grinders including an electric one, but this one works better then any of them. This one has very sharp teeth and grinds everything perfectly. Took me a time or 2 of experiments to get the consistency down I wanted, but now that I have it I love it. It is so easy to use, just put your herbs, spices, or whatever in the top chamber and twist.
 I love the hemp carrying case, and it comes with a sample of 420 cleaner, to keep your grinder clean with no build up. The grinder is made of high grade aircraft aluminum. The little spatula is also a great plus if you are looking for a fine powder. The ground herb/spice falls into a screened chamber, take the spatula and gently run it around the screen area and the fine powders will fall to the bottom chamber, which holds about 3 tablespoons worth.
This would make a great gift for anyone on your list who loves to cook. This grinder can also be used for tobacco, but I cannot say how it works as I haven't tried it for that.
