The Kingdom (Graveyard Queen #2) by Amanda Stevens

This is book 2 of the Graveyard Queen series and so far it is getting better. I can't wait to start book 3 and see where Amanda Steven's takes us next. This book is quite different from book one. It is definitely a mystery. Khristine Hvam narrated this book as well as book one and hopefully the rest of the series. Her deep southern accent just really brings something to the story. I love the way she brings the characters to life.

Amelia Grey is a Cemetery Restorer she can also see ghosts. She was adopted as a baby and knows nothing of her real family. Living in Charleston she has just left a relationship that budded in book 1, and is happy to get away for a little while to heal her broken heart.

She has been called to Asher Falls, South Carolina to restore the Asher Family Cemetery. Almost immediately she gets a strange feeling about the whole town and the people in it.  The town has a lot of secrets, and Amelia ends up right in the middle of basically a creepy mystery. The creep factor is pretty high in this book.

In the book Amelia's lineage was revealed, but that is all I am gonna say about that.
