Rebel Guardians MC by Liberty Parker & Darlene Tallman

Series: Rebel Guardians MC (7 Book Series)
Titles: Braxton, Hatchet, Chief, Smokey & Bandit, Law, Capone, and Twisted Kind of Love
Author: Liberty Parker & Darlene Tallman
Genre: MC Action/Adventure, Suspense Romance

The challenges of setting up a new MC were huge, but Braxton Callahan knew the rewards would be worth the hard work that he and his brothers were putting in. Relocating to Corinth, Texas had been interesting to say the least, but they wanted to live in a town where the businesses they were starting would help revitalize the area. A single father to Lily, a precocious six-year old, he longed to find the woman who would complete his family.

When Caraleigh Jensen moves in next door with her little boy Luca, who is the same age as Lily, he finds himself drawn to the widowed single mother.

Change isn’t always bad and it isn’t always good. Follow along as Braxton and his brothers continue to rebuild the town while he works to woo the woman his heart says is his.

Jayden “Hatchet” Hatcher is the Enforcer for the Rebel Guardians MC. He hides his past behind jokes, and will do anything for the brothers he has now. Life is good with easy women and plenty of fun. Until she walks into the barbeque that fateful summer weekend.

Donna Jo “DJ” Feldman is a single mom to Ralynn. On her own since she found out she was pregnant, she has a handful of people she trusts implicitly, including her best friend, Caraleigh Jensen. When she goes to visit Cara and meets the man they call Hatch, she realizes that life is too short not to reach for the brass ring.

What started out as a bit of fun soon turns into so much more for the two of them. But Hatch has unknown skeletons and when they come calling, will what DJ feels for him be enough? Can they survive with the love they have for one another and with their Rebel Guardians family at their back.

Turk “Chief” Dennison is the first Native American to hold the position of Chief of Police in the small town of Corinth. He’s a by-the-book kind of man, quiet and a bit taciturn. He’s also a patched member of the Rebel Guardians MC. Single, he vowed off women after his long-time girlfriend broke up with him and basically robbed him blind.

When he comes face to face with Trinity Adams the day she shows up at the clubhouse, he realizes that perhaps he was premature in his thinking. There’s something intriguing about her and the fact that she works with children means that the likelihood he’ll see her in an official capacity is good. Very good. He finds himself gravitating toward her at the events the RGMC has and while she’s polite, she doesn’t overstep the professional boundaries she’s got in place.

Trinity Adams grew up in foster care and knew that she wanted to become a social worker and help other children like she was get into a better situation. She’s noticed the good-looking officer, but her professional ethics keep her at a distance, which is a shame because she’s a beautiful, caring woman who longs to have someone to love.

With Trinity making monthly visits to Hatch’s house, she sees Chief frequently and laments the fact that she can’t cross the line. Everything is going well, until she gets the Cunningham case.

As Chief and Trinity work this heinous neglect case together, their feelings grow. Will she ever let go of her self-made rules and give into what he seems to be offering her? Will the ghosts of his past hold him hostage or will he bury them and make Trinity his?

Hannah Nelson has been running for a long, long time. Getting out of the dysfunctional household she was raised in, she knows if she doesn’t get out of the small-town she was living in, she’ll always be branded with the same brush her parents and siblings are...white trash, no-account, good-for-nothing pieces of filth. But Hannah has dreams of being an artist. Whatever she touches, she makes beautiful. Determined to make a new life for herself, she takes her kitten, Duckie, packs up her four-door SUV and leaves. When she arrives in Corinth, low on money and out of options, she takes to parking in the back lot of the RGMC Truck Stop. It’s close to the interstate and she has hopes of getting a job, maybe in town somewhere.

Harley “Smokey” Richards and Davidson “Bandit” Richards are twin brothers who are bound by blood, and their oath, to the Rebel Guardians MC. Smokey is a Texas Ranger for the state’s national park in the next town while Bandit handles the IT work for the RGMC as well as on a contract basis for several local firms. They grew up with two dads and one mom so that lifestyle has always appealed to them, but they’ve never found the right woman to claim as theirs.

When Hannah winds up in Corinth, she draws the attention of the two men in an unexpected way. Can they break through her fear of the past? Will she allow herself to love both of them?

**This is an MFM and may be unsuitable for readers under 18**

Elijah “Law” Jackson is a local attorney. He’s also a biker with The Rebel Guardians MC. After his long-time girlfriend, Ava, and he part ways, he goes on a bit of a sabbatical to clear his head. He knows that she wasn’t the one, but he wants what his brothers have found in their women.

Cassarah Clarke was the product of a system that failed her. Growing up in a group home with her sister, she kept her head down and her nose in the books in order to make a life. Even though she has her cosmetology license, she works in a local diner to make ends meet and to keep under the radar, because her brother-in-law is a very bad man. She doesn’t feel love is in the cards for her, especially not living in Podunk, USA. Until him. Seeing the clear blue eyes staring at her as he waited for her to pour his coffee, she feels an attraction that she’s never experienced before.

Can Law break through Cassarah’s shyness and show her she deserves every good thing?

Recommended for 18 yrs and up

Bridget Nelson is a broken, defeated woman. Used by her brother as his gang’s playtoy, she feels beyond less than, but when she found out what Charlie had planned for her and Hannah, she fled and landed in Corinth, Texas. With her trust issues, she wants no part of a relationship with any man, choosing instead to focus on intensive therapy and cosmetology school so she can work in Cassarah’s salon.

She never counted on a man like him, though. He swept in like a Texas Tornado and never let go.

Kade “Capone” Edwards is a patched member of the Rebel Guardians. Relatively laidback, he loves the sense of freedom that being part of this brotherhood gives him. He’s never been one who thought he would find an old lady, but once he sets eyes on Bridget the very first time, he knows that she’s the one. He’s not put off by her past, and is there to help her in any way possible, knowing that he’s going to have to wear her down and show her that he’s different.

Can Capone break through Bridget’s walls and show her that she is worthy of a loving relationship? Or will she continue to push him away and deprive him of what his heart desires.

One stolen kiss.

One midnight ride.

Coming up on a big anniversary has Paisley thinking about her past and how she and Twisted came to be a couple. For years, her fellow sisters in the RGMC have asked how they came to be, but there's never been time to share with raising kids and building businesses.

During the weekend celebration of their anniversary, the couple share stories of their early days when they first started out, living in a one-room apartment over the bar she worked at, as well as becoming parents.

Join us for Twisted and Paisley's story - one filled with laughter, heartbreak and most importantly love - RGMC style and catch up on what the rest of the couples are up to!

Liberty has been an avid reader for most of her life. When she was younger she use to sit and fill spiral notebooks full of stories for her grandmother. As she got older she took the jobs needed for raising her boys as a single mom until she met her now amazing husband. She has stopped working in the last few years and started off by promoting authors, then she took up blogging and reviewing for authors. Which has lead her down the path of writing and creating characters and telling their stories. She loves getting creative and working behind the scenes with her characters and bringing her imagination to life.

I'm a lifelong reader who had a dream to write her own books. A transplanted Yankee, I now live in Georgia (Hotlanta) with my pets. While I have a strong personal belief system and faith, I won't be "preaching" in any of my books. They'll have perfectly imperfect people in it who meet, fall in love, fall into bed (at times; sometimes they might wait), have kids, get married. In short, I want to write books that make people think and feel.

My debut novel, "Bountiful Harvest" was released on the 7th anniversary of my mom's death. Somehow, I think my biggest cheerleader and staunchest defender helped it publish so quickly.

Since hitting publish 8/31/16, I've had the privilege to begin co-writing with Liberty Parker on an MC series, the Rebel Guardians. There are six books out in this series, plus the first book in a spin-off (2.0, the next generation) and the first book in The Nelson Brothers (who show up in book 5 of the RGMC). We're hard at work on yet another spin-off (New Beginnings) featuring some of the girls from the RGMC whose love interests are not with the men from the MC!

I also co-write a series of children's short stories with a fellow author, Cherry Shephard and her 10 year old son. Get immersed in "The Mischief Kitties" and their zany, crazy lives!

Can
time become stuck at NOW or does it just seem that way?

Can
the past be changed without creating a paradox?

Does
history repeat or is that something we tell ourselves to cover our poor
choices?

When
Alexander ‘Ramses’ Smith is assigned to decipher the odd hieroglyphs of the
Temple of Khnum—all heka (magic) breaks loose. As a teen, his interest was in
metaphysical and sharing psychic experiences with a beloved grandmother. When
she died, things turned dark when an Ouija Board freed a terrifying entity with
red eyes. He thought he was free of it when he shut his psychic gifts down and
began a study of Egyptology—But Shezmu was waiting for him in Esna. Lex found
others trapped by the time loop: afret (djinni), the ghost of a former
archeologist, Dr. Broderick S. Gillwood, the Neteru (Egyptian gods/goddesses)
all conspiring against his scientific training and logical mind.

Lex
soon realizes there is no choice but to obey the voices in his head and the
mysterious ones of an outer sort. He must rely on the intuitive gifts he fought
so hard to quash. Realizing he can see and sense what others cannot, Lex runs
headlong into a past life that puts him dangerously susceptible to the hidden
secrets infused in the stone ruins. He must quickly re-define his understanding
of the lines between imagination and reality or lose the battle for his mind
with the darkness created by blood sorcery and a destiny (shay) he never
expected.

About
the Author

As
a Mystical Author, Anita Merrick is a 3rd generation psychic, retired and
living in a wooded area of Erin, NY with her husband, Timothy, and furry
children—two West Highland White Terriers and a half-Westie/Cavalier King
Charles spaniel. As Crystal Wind (DBA), she is a Psychic Intuitive, Tarot
Reader and Medium, an ordained priestess in the Order of Melchizedek. She holds
certification as a Tarot Master from the Tarot Certification Board of America.
Prior to 1991, she performed as Nehebka, a semi-professional Oriental (belly)
dancer; at the same time raised, trained and showed Appaloosa horses. A Bitter
Wind, a first novel, comes from a life-long love of Egypt that probably really
began in 1988 as a belly dancer and a first trip to Egypt and a performance at
the Winter Palace of Luxor. Starting about 1991, her focus went to the
paranormal, supernatural and metaphysical, as well as the tarot. That led to
the next trip to Egypt (1997) with a group of like-minded friends then a
synchronistic connection with Nicky Scully/Shamanic Journeys, Mary K. Greer and
Normandi Ellis, Anita returned to deepen an understanding of the mystical. The
last trip in 2011 (Shamanic Journeys) most powerfully connected her to the
mysteries of Egypt—Like a portal opened into the ancient past, the spirits
spoke and their stories became this book.
