38D~44C Plus Size Lycra Lace Unlined Underwire Minimiser Bras

I love this bra. Most of the time when you have a beautiful and sexy bra you also end up with  very uncomfortable bra. This is not the case with this bra from Dragon Fit. The bra fit me perfectly. It is true to size unlike many bras I have worn. This is an underwire bra. I had no problems with the wires digging into my skin or poking me under the arm or in the cleavage area. The bra is unlined, so it does not add extra bulk to what God already blessed or cursed me with. The material is very soft and stretchy. It does have a slightly snug fit but is not uncomfortable. The snug fit is the support. The wide band is great for holding in the "Side Effects". The cups do help put everything in place, there is a lift to this bra even though it is unlined. It stops the sag that comes with larger cup sized women and age as well. The back features a 3 sets of 3 standard hooks, so makes it nice for size adjustment. The straps are not ultra thin nor are they really wide so I can wear this bra with just about any top. The straps are also adjustable to length.

For the sexy part the cups are covered in a very pretty and stretchy lace. A lot of lace bras the lace is stiff with no give, this one has a nice stretchy to it. in the center of the cups is a very pretty dangling white rhinestone in a silver setting. This did fall off the first time I washed it but I sewed it back on quickly and easily.

I did wash this bra in a lingerie bag on gentle cycle with other like colors then hung it to dry. Other then the rhinestone falling off the first time I have had no problems at all with washing it.

My only wish with this bra is that it came in other colors. This bra is comfortable enough for every day wear, but with the burgundy color it is not good for lighter colored clothing.

Book Description:

At thirty-six, Susan Sinclair has it all. She's just been promoted to Senior Vice President of Mobile Banking at her firm, a prestigious position bringing fresh creative challenges and a hefty salary increase. Like the shiny new BMW in the driveway of the Silicon Valley home she shares with her husband, Matt, and their two beautiful boys, Susan exudes confidence and style.

Yet despite her success in juggling the roles of wife, mother, and businesswoman, Susan struggles with a secret dissatisfaction. Matt's work in cutting-edge computer research pays less than her job, and with each advance in her career, he has grown more distant. But Matt refuses to admit there is a problem, and Susan forces herself to play along, determined to give her boys the close-knit family life she never had.

Then she meets her new boss, Reese Kirkpatrick. Working and traveling together, she and Reese become a crackerjack team, but little by little, pleasure mixes with business. For the first time in a long time—maybe ever—Susan feels seen and appreciated for who she is. Certain she would never allow their friendship to cross the line, Susan lets herself stray dangerously close to the edge.

A moment of weakness changes everything. Now, unable to stomach the façade her marriage has become yet unwilling to decimate her family by moving forward with Reese, Susan faces a choice that could cost her everything—including her children . . . but possibly bring her more than she can dream.

Praise for Degrees of Love:

"Slabach crafts a relatable, heartbreakingly real story that will no doubt resonate with those at a similar station in life: women who love their families yet yearn for just a little more—to feel wanted rather than needed, to feel passion rather than complacency. In engaging prose and through skillful storytelling, Slabach captivates with an all-too-familiar story that raises questions with no easy answers."

- Kirkus Reviews (Starred Review)

"This does not read like a debut author’s book. Slabach shows herself to be adept at portraying the complex emotions of the human condition. Her characters live and breathe on the page in a way that every author strives for, but few actually manage. Susan’s struggles ring true, and the way she handles everything makes her a very likable and relatable character."

- Sarah Perry, San Francisco Book Review, 5 Stars

"Profound, heart wrenching and very emotional, it is hard to believe that Degrees of Love is a debut novel by Lisa Slabach. This is one of the best novels I have read this year."

- Rabia Tanveer, Readers' Favorite

Interview with Lisa Slabach

What genre do you write and why?
I write Women’s Fiction mainly because it is what I enjoy reading and relate to most.  Plus, there is so much to write about.  Women’s lives have become incredibly complex between balancing family and careers while trying to lead fulfilled individual lives and dealing with the pace of modern life.  Yet, despite the complexities, women have the same basic need to love and be loved.  It’s a commonality we all share and what I love writing about.
Tell us about your latest book.
Degrees of Love: A Novel is about a modern, working mother who goes through a life-changing awakening and is caught in a moral tangle after becoming intimately involved with her new boss.  In many ways, it’s an exploration of love, which includes love of family and self as well as variations of desire.
Your writing has been described as being deeply emotional.  Are there any specific techniques you utilize?
This is where my acting background comes into play.  Part of being an actress is being able to manifest emotions on demand.  I utilize that skill as a writer.  When I write, I try to put myself in the head and heart of the character and pay attention to not only the words that come out of a character’s mouth, but the actions and physical sensations--where the emotion is manifesting in the body.  Is it a lump in the throat or tightness in the chest?  A zippidy-doo in the heart or tingling toes?
What is your work in progress? Tell us about it.
I am currently working on a novel about a woman who married her high school sweetheart after becoming pregnant in high school.  In her mind, they have a successful, happy marriage and is completely blindsided when he leaves her the day after their daughter graduates from high school.  The working title is First Time Single.  Themes of love, marriage, and forgiveness are explored, but the tone is much lighter than Degrees of Love.
If you were stranded on a deserted island and could only bring 3 books, which would they be?
The Complete and Unabridged Short Stories of Somerset Maugham to keep myself entertained, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare to keep my mind sharp, and a copy of the Bible for comfort and hope.  On the other hand, I might just grab what is on my nightstand, which currently is The Copenhagen Affair, Highland Pursuits, and Norse Mythology!
Do you have a stupid human trick?

I can pop both of my shoulders in and out of their sockets.  I know it sounds painful, but it doesn’t hurt a bit!

BLURB:

Ivy Phillips is on a mission. She’s an investigative reporter for the Pasadena Tribune, and is hoping to write the story of the century by infiltrating Pleasure Island claiming to be a submissive. Dax Johnson and Nate Banks have been a rodeo team – and lovers – for years. But they’ve yearned to add a sweet submissive to their union. When they meet Ivy, Dax knows she is the one for them, and the duo set out on a seductive campaign to win Ivy’s affection.

But when the truth is revealed, will their newfound relationship survive? Or will the two cowboys ride off into the sunset without her?

Excerpt Two:

You cried?” Kevin asked aghast, a hand against his chest and his eyes wide with horror at her perceived faux pas.

Nope. My date did. Going on and on about his ex. Clearly the guy wasn’t ready to get back out into the meat market. After listening for two hours about how much he loved Kelli with an ‘i,’ I was done,” she replied, getting up from her desk with her iPad in her hand to take notes during the meeting. Since she was the ‘horoscope girl’—as in, that was the only column she wrote—her boss, Don Moss, tended to have her perform secretarial duties as well. Like taking the meeting minutes during the weekly bull pen meeting on Monday mornings.

Oh god, well, you’re better off, sweetie. I know this guy—”

The men you know are gay. Not that I don’t love you and every gay man on the planet—because how would I know what to wear otherwise?—but I can’t date a gay man.”

Kevin cast her a patronizing glance. “Why not, honey? We make the best boyfriends.”

Yeah, but there’s that whole ‘I’d like to have sex this decade with something not battery-operated’ thing. Aren’t you guys anti-vaginas anyhow? I kind of have the wrong equipment for a gay man,” she said with a laugh.

Kevin gave her a wicked grin. “Oh, honey, just because we don’t actively pursue women doesn’t mean we don’t know how to please one in bed. And after a few good orgasms, we’d make you the best damn quiche with a buttery crust that would melt in your mouth, and mimosas with freshly squeezed orange juice. And then we’d go get some mani-pedis together.”

Ivy sighed. That sounded like heaven. Having someone else take care of things, of her, for a change. The fact she was actually considering his offer was a rather disconcerting discourse about the state of her life. “If the men I date don’t improve soon, I promise to let you fix me up.”

You won’t regret it,” Kevin assured her with a saucy grin and wink as they walked through the office.

QUANSHENG Solar Garden Stake Light- Hummingbird Butterfly Dragonfly

These are super cute solar Garden stake lights. The lights rotate through several colors. There are 3 stakes in the set a butterfly, a hummingbird, and a dragonfly. The stakes are metal and 2 piece. The lower piece is about 16 inches long and the upper piece is about 12 inches long. They simply slide together. The Solar part is attached to the top piece. You also just slide the butterfly, hummingbird, and dragonfly onto the top of the stake. There is a sliding power switch on the bottom of the solar panel to turn the lights on.

These lights need 6 to 8 hours of sunlight. When they get enough light they will stay lit 8 to 10 hours. They come on automatically at dusk and go off automatically at dawn. I love solar lights because I am really bad about remembering to turn my outside lights on and off. With solar lighting I don't have to remember to turn then on, and I don't have to fight with cords or using and wasting electricity when I forget to turn them off during the day.

These Garden stakes will look great in any garden, bare spot in a yard or as path stakes.

Solar String Lights 30 LED Waterproof Lotus Flower (White)

I love these beautiful Lotus Flower lights. I am also a huge fan of anything solar powered. So with these I get solar power and beauty in one strand. These are also LED so they should last a really long time.

I am terrible about remembering to turn outdoor light strands on or off. So I either have a dark flower garden or the lights waste energy being on during the day. With these lights I get the beauty at night and never use any electricity. These will charge themselves even on cloudy days and at night they are very bright.

I also love these there are 2 modes to choose from solid and flashing. The strand is 19.7 feet long and there are 30 lights on the strand. I can go around my flower bed or even use these on a porch. My husband has put a slit a in the screen of my porch to be able to attach the solar box outside of the porch in full sunlight. But I have also just set these on the ledge around my porch and they have charged, where the sun shines in several hours of the day. The floral bulbs are beautiful where ever you put them and could even be used as part of any holiday light display.
