My Review
This is my first book in the series and myy first bk by Crimson Syn, but I guarantee it will not be my last. I love me some hot steamy bikers, so much so I married one. I love the bad boys and Seth is a real bad boy. The book had my teeth sweating it was so hot. I cannot wait to go backand start this series at the first book "Wolf".

The series features the bad boys of the Hell's Lovers MC Group. Seth is the treasurer of the group. These books are written as stand alones so can be read in any order. The snippets from the previous books make you want to go back and catch up.  There is a story line in the book but there is a lot of the hotess sex scenes I hae read lately. 

There is a drug cartel trying to take on the Hell's Lover's. Not just the members but their families are in danger as well. Wolf the gangs leader has hired Ciara as a nanny. Seth cannot seem to keep his mind off of her or his hands it seems. Even though both want to fight the temptation they seem pretty powerless to suceed.

If you like hot sex, hot bikers, a wild ride grab this book, or better yet the whole series and start at book 1. I personally Love to read series. I love to watch the characters grow and I really love it when each book in the series brings out new players. Crimson Syn has done an awesome job with this book and I am sure the rest of the series will be just as good.

Interview with Laurie Winter

Do your characters seem to hijack the story or do you feel like you have the reigns of the story?

-My characters constantly hijack my stories. Partly, because I write each first draft with only a loose plot line. Which, in turn, gives my imagination and my characters more freedom to improvise as the story progresses. In True Horizon, I’d pictured the accident which brings Grace and Health together differently than what’s in the book. Originally, I’d planned for her to get hit on the head by falling masonry from a building. But instead, she falls off a bridge and into the river. Then Heath jumps in to save her. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Convince us why you feel your book is a must read.

-I want to leave readers with a deeper appreciation and understanding of what our military vets endure during and after their service. Heath is a good man but he sees himself as tainted. Grace’s love doesn’t cure him. Instead, she gives him motivation to seek treatment and learn how to cope with his PTSD. I believe those deep emotions are relatable on so many levels.

Have you written any other books that are not published?

-The Warriors of the Heart series has three more books waiting in line to be published. I also have an unpublished contemporary romance set on a Wisconsin dairy farm as well as a romantic light suspense set in the snow capped mountains of Utah.

Pen or type writer or computer?

-Totally computer because I’m an awful speller and have sloppy handwriting. I can barely read my own handwritten notes!

Anything you would like to say to your readers and fans?

-I’d like to thank them for taking a chance on my stories. Each story comes from my heart, and feel so deeply for all my main characters. I know the wonderful feeling of being lost in a story and the buzz of finishing a good book. My hope is that I can be an author who provides those feelings for a reader.

turn me, Melina? Why did you take my life?”

“What are you
going to do? Kill me? And here I thought we were getting along so well,” she
said with a chuckle.

Blake considered
the idea of destroying her there and then; how satisfying it would have been,
even if that feeling would only last a moment. But, realistically, he knew that
he would still be left with unanswered questions, and the prospect of Silas

His grip relaxed

Where do you get inspiration for your stories?

I have what I like to call muses. My muses are typically actors and actresses, the genre and plot depend on who my muse is at the time. Before I even start writing, I choose faces for my characters, and the people I choose for my characters influence my stories because I draw inspiration from my muses.

How did you do research for your book?

I think the most research I did was common weaknesses for vampires and werewolves. I didn't want to use holy water and crosses, or even sunlight. I don't like being limited when it comes to writing.

Do you have another profession besides writing?

I run a floral preservation company with my mother. It's the perfect occupation for me because it allows me to be creative while I'm brainstorming storylines!

If you could go back in time, where would you go?

That's a really tough question for me because a lot of different periods of time interest me. So I'd want to experience all of them!

What is your next project?

The Wages of Sin Series is ongoing, so make sure you keep an eye out for the sequels! There are plenty of books to come.
