About The Author –

I write romantic comedy mysteries and when I’m not writing I can be found gardening (trying to grow tomatoes in the British climate is a major challenge!) walking the dogs or reading.

I’m a former therapist, a fan of the great outdoors – especially Scotland, the Lake District and Derbyshire’s Peak district – and also something of a dreamer!

Home is a village on the Derbyshire / Leicestershire border in the UK with my husband, our 4 Labrador dogs, a vegetable patch that’s home to far too many weeds and an ever expanding library of books waiting to be read.

At every opportunity I can be found scribbling down notes on scenes for whatever novel I’m working on and I love it when the characters in my work in progress novels take on minds of their own and start deviating from the original plot!

Rangers Clarity Series ND Filter kit

It doesn’t matter whether you have an intense passion for the art of photography or you simply want to be able to take a pretty picture, you have most definitely experienced firsthand the glare of death that comes from shooting in too harsh light or while next to a window. It can single handedly ruin a great shot or make the editing process a lengthy one at best. But don’t stress, I am thrilled to announce I found a solution! This is where these filters come into play. Now I have use filters before but they didn’t live up to the quality of these. These filters come in an array of shades and gradients so no matter what lighting you find yourself in you can bet there’s a filter for it. I have to say I was actually surprised at the quality the filters. They are a little thick but that eliminates the worry of them snapping in half when you’re putting it on. And while they have a decent thickness to them it doesn’t hinder that quality of photo and in fact, you would never even know there was anything in front of the lens. I love that they come with a high quality carrying case. They case features multiple slot to insert the filters so they aren’t rubbing up against each other leaving scratches. They also come with a micro fiber cloth so you can ensure your filters and even lens are clean before you use start taking you photos. I seriously couldn’t wait to put it on my lens and take some test shots. You know that old saying ”like a kid on Christmas” yeah that was me. I will say that these did not come with any instructions but it didn’t take long for me to figure out how to put it on my lens. Once I had everything snapped together it was time to shoot! Now anyone who’s been to Florida know the sun is harsh year round but especially during summer. So here I am standing in my back yard with one of the darker filters on with my fingers crossed that I see a difference in photo. But if I’m being honest here I wasn’t expecting a dramatic improvement. But boy was I glad when I took a few before and after shots. The filters did an amazing job at toning down the glare and brightness an instead of having an over blow photo with no chance of saving I had an image that would require very little work in Photoshop. I would even go so far as to say that whether you are an amateur or a professional these filters would make an incredible addition to your gear. I highly, and I can’t stress that enough, HIGHLY recommend them!

My favorite part about this Ikits Quick charge wall charger is it's PINK!! Yep I'm such a girl. The pink is very vibrant and bright. They do come in other colors as well.

This is a universal charger as well it comes with 3 extra plug in. It has a built-in US plug and adapters for EU, UK, AU. The US plug prongs fold in and out. To attache the adapters you fold the US plugs in and slide the adapter down over.

This has a single charge port. It is a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. It also has several built in safety features like short circuit protection, over heating, and over charging. The outer case is also fireproof.

This comes in a very nice cardboard box with styrofoam inside that hold each piece individually. This would also make a great gift for any of your tech savy friends or family.

OPTIMIZED Eyelash Growth serum with Pentapeptide 17 & Hyaluronic Acid

I have been using this product for over a month now and I do see an improvement in my eyelashes. They seem to be getting thicker and growing again. I am very happy about that. It does take time to start noticing the growth which is why I have delayed my review for so long. I would continue to buy this and keep using it but I can buy pretty much the same thing so much cheaper and get the same results. This does work and works well, so it is worth the price for some. I just cannot make myself do it. This is very easy to apply. There is a slim paint brush style brush just follow the line of your eyelash and let it dry. I did not have any irritation when I used it, no burning or rashes. Now that my eyelashes have a jump start in growing try the cheaper brands to continue the growth.

Areke Women's Stainless Steel Round Clear Cubic Zirconia Diamond Rhinestone Stud Earring (6 Pairs)

Beautiful set of earrings. There are 6 pairs in the set these range from 3mm to 8mm. Th whole family could wear these earrings as the small ones would look great on a small child. These can be mixed and match with other set of earrings. I have 2 holes in my ears and like to wear the top pair as studs and dangle earrings in the lower hole. These look great with my dangles. Each one of the stones in the earrings are highly faceted and do catch the light.

Each set of  earrings comes on its own card and they are all packaged into a velvet pull string topped bag. The stones are round and cut from Cubic Zirconia. The posts and backs are made from stainless steel. All of the backs have stayed on the earrings. If they do come loose just pinch the side of the back together and it will tighten them back up.

These earrings are very beautiful and would make a great gift for anyone. Men could even wear these.

M-72 Motorcycle Engine Blow Out Diagram by Ann Arbor T-shirt Co

My husband loves his t-shirts and really loves his Harley shirts. This one may not be a Harley shirt but it is a motorcycle shirt and is not a crotch rocket so he is happily wearing it.  My husband has been rising most of his life and biker's have their own dress code. This shirt fits in nicely with that dress code. The shirt looks great n my husband. He is happy with it so I am very happy with it,

The shirt is black with a white iron on of bike motor parts. The shirt is not too thick or thin it is a great weight. The shirt is put together very well. The stitching is done very well with no loose or missed spots. I tossed this shirt in the washer and a cool dryer both with no problems. I did turn it inside out. There was no shrinkage, color bleed, or fading. The shirt fit my husband perfectly before and after washing it. The white motor design really pops against the jet black t-shirt.

Wifey Soft Racerback Tank

I am not a bride to be I have been married 4 years but I still love this shirt. I love the hot pink color with the white Wifey written on it. My husband calls me Wifey a lot so this shirt is very fitting.

The shirt is made out of a thinner sweat shirt material but it is loose and was cool to wear. It is a tank top with a close to being a full racer back. I say close because it is a wide racer back not the type that comes very close in the back. The shirt is long not one that shows your belly every time you lift your arm and I really love that, no one wants to see my stretch marks or muffin top. The arm holes are on the large size but my boobs are not exposed when I lift my arm.

I love how the white wifey really stand out against the hot pink. The shirt is very comfortable to wear. I did run mine through the washer and dryer with no problems at all. There was no shrinking, color bleed, or fading, and the design held tight. The shirt is stitched very well with no loose stitches or missed spots.
