Andrea Benezier is a clumsy witch who can’t seem to control her magic. Setting someones hair on fire and messing with the weather are everyday mishaps for her.

Eryx Castille is a pretentious billionaire who has come to claim what is his—the stores run by Andrea and her neighbors.

After the death of her parents on Christmas Eve three years ago, Andrea now hates the holidays and anything associated with it. When Andrea receives an unwanted gift, The Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, she is sure Eryx is behind the book that keeps mysteriously appearing.

When Eryx questions her magic abilities it's the last straw in an already horrible week. In a fit of defiance she casts the Christmas Carol Curse and curses them both for seventy-two hours.

Will they survive this curse without killing each other? Things will get heated but will it be enough to melt the snow built up around their cold hearts? Or will they learn the true magic of the Christmas season?

ABOUT K.M THOMPSON

KM Thompson
I’m twenty-eight, a wife, a mother to three children and the author of the Daylight Series. Currently my writing career consists of four books, the Daylight trilogy and Hell Hath no Fury, which is a standalone novel based on a true events. All of them are self published and can be found on Amazon. When I was younger, I never dreamed of being an author—I think I wanted to be a pop star or actress these were pretty farfetched dreams, so I settled for being an accountant or marine biologist. My grades at school were abysmal and not worthy of a mention, I also never went on to higher education. I have absolutely no qualifications in creative writing or any similar subjects, but I have a very overactive imagination and I’m an avid reader of all genres of fiction.

ABOUT M.S. MURRAY

M.S. Murray (1)
I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but they’ve got some great ideas!!
Hey,
Voices here, I’m M.S. Murray the leader and spokeswomen for said voices. I’m their translator from brain to paper. I take all their ideas and turn them into books.

A bit about me.
I’m from the West of Scotland and have lived here all my life. I love it here.
I’m married to an amazing man who sometimes looks at me like I might need institutionalizing and sometimes thinks he’d love the room beside me.
I have two amazing children who I love more than life itself along with a hamster, a cat and a dog. All of which are mental too.
Don’t tell the dog or the hamster but the cat rules the house.
Writing is a dream for me. One I didn’t realise until later in life.
One day (not too long ago) I sat down and actually listened to the voices then started writing down their ideas. Since then I’ve not looked back.

If you like my books or if you’d like to see what other ideas the voices produce follow me on Facebook. I’m always happy to hear from you.

Book Description:

What if the best night of your life was also your last?

On the eve of a much-anticipated proposal, Meg is happier than she could have ever imagined. The future she sees for herself on that magical night is bright, one that’s full of love and laughter and dreams finally realized.

That is, until one random act of violence changes everything…

Consumed by fate and forces she can’t comprehend, Meg finds herself at the center of a spectral conflict that transcends life and death.

Her very soul is up for grabs in this war, and what’s worse… she’s not the only one.

Now, she’s fighting not just for the love she lost, but the daughter she would have called her own. She must fight the battle of her life, for the sake of her friends and family, and find out for herself if love can indeed be stronger than death.

Intertwined with true-ghost stories, some heart-warming, some heart-breaking, this love-note to San Antonio combines history, myth, and vivid description.

This is the full story of Meg & Amelinda's quest-journey, what author Laura Metzger calls "A beautifully written story with compelling characters that reach between the universe of the living and the dead to embrace their mutual destiny" and author Elena E. Giorgi calls "A beautiful tale of love and redemption."

Excerpt:

Meg: Vanilla and Lavender

On the day I died, I was wearing a great outfit. This is important to know because it turns out that your default look for eternity as a ghost is what you’re wearing when you die. I mean, seriously. Who knew? If I’d have known that, I wouldn’t have risked any days in mediocre clothes. In that respect, I was lucky I was on a date when I was killed, but of course, if I hadn’t been on a date, on that date, maybe things would have turned out differently.
Not everyone gets to be a ghost. In fact, some people disappear immediately, and I don’t know what happens. But they just wink right out of existence, only out of their bodies for a few seconds. Maybe it has something to do with intent, or their last actions, or their own belief systems. I hope the good people go somewhere good, no matter what they did in the last moments of life, that there is a way for them to make up for those Big Mistakes.
Some people, people who haven’t Figured Things Out, people like me, linger for a while. We hang around those we love and sometimes try to influence their choices, trying to keep loved ones from making Big Mistakes.
My grandmother had been my ghost–I was not surprised when it came right down to it. Back when I was alive, I used to smell her perfume in the apartment we shared, vanilla and lavender. I could never figure out what actual perfume brand she wore to get that scent, and believe me, I tried. I loved it and wanted that for my signature perfume. I haunted the local drugstores, especially the old ones, and vintage stores, looking for an old- fashioned perfume that featured those fragrance notes, but never found anything that smelled even remotely like hers.
I guess it was just her individual magic that combined the scents that way. It seemed to linger in our apartment, long after she had been gone. Especially at certain important moments. I wouldn’t know those moments were important ‘til later, but looking back, it’s obvious.
I’m getting ahead of myself, moving way too fast for normal people. First, you probably want to know more about me, right? You can’t just start in the middle of the story; you have to work up to these big deals. I made it 23 years on the planet before checking out. I guess you’d say I was pretty, although I was never very stylish or together. I thought that would come with maturity, but I never got to find that out. When I died, I had shoulder length wavy copper colored hair, cut in a bob that was always tickling my chin and sometimes made me want to cut it all off. I certainly never had the patience to grow it all out. It was “in between” hair, lack of decision hair. My eyes were basic gray, nothing exciting, although I desperately wanted the “limpid blue” or “decisive green” eyes of a romance heroine. A light plague of freckles scattered across the bridge of my nose showed my Irish- Scottish mutt background, and I had fair redhead’s skin that burned, rather than tanned, which kept me indoors most of the time or slathered in sunscreen. 5’8’, skinny without being too skinny. I did have my family’s big butt, which we will not discuss.
Why I have to go through eternity with that butt is beyond me. I tended to prefer jeans and a comfortable cotton shirt, paired with flat old- fashioned Converse tennis shoes as my daily outfit, but I could clean up pretty nice when I had to.

About the Author:

Kim wrote her first critically acclaimed (if you call her fourth grade teacher a critic, and she does) short story when she was 9 years old. It was about Christmas in a Cave, and it featured such topical, ground-breaking subjects as homelessness & cave dwelling. She's been writing ever since.  The state of publication depends on who you ask.

She has a Ph.D. in Literature, with specialties in American Lit, Women Writers, Feminism, Sci-Fi/Fantasy & Film Studies but please don't hold any of that against her. She teaches academic writing and how to read literature at a university in her hometown and tries to convince college students that it really is cool to like poetry.

She lives in the South, has twin children (one girl, one boy) and a husband who is the model for all her best romantic heroes. She also has two cats-- one black and sassy, one stripey and fat, and also kinda sassy.

Cocktail Muddler by BTipsy

I have a old muddler that is kind of flimsy with it's plastic handle.  guess I should say  had one, I threw it out when I got this one This drink muddler by Btipsy is made of stainless steel it is not flimsy at all. It can stand up to anything I put under it. I am not a big drinker but I do love to cook. I cook from scratch, there are no boxed meals in my house. I love to grind my own spice and herbs. This muddler is actually better then a grinder for somethings. I also love using it when I cut a lemon in half I can use this the get the juice. This is perfect for a home bar o even a professional bar. It is great for any kitchen as well.

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

Silicone Wedding Rings for Women by WodBottom

Great ring. I love the color. I also love the fact that this company thinks about us women maybe needing a silicone wedding band also. There are tons of men's rings out there very few women's. This has a very pretty heart with what I describe as a barbell through it. I chose the size 8 since I am a 7 1/2 and it fits nicely, it does not squeeze nor does it try to fall off.
 I love that this company donates 10% of all proceeds to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. This alone would keep me coming back to them. But the great quality of their product is just another great reason to come back again.

 I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

Click n' Play Doll Hair and Beauty Dress Up Accessory set

 I have decided to put this away for a Christmas gift for my Grand Daughter instead of giving it to her now. She will love this. This is for playing with dolls. The hair barrettes will fit her also. The kit comes with everything for a afternoon of beauty with her dolls.
 There are lots of pieces you get a Apron, Mirror, Brush, Hair Clips, Hair Bands, Curler, Crown, Eye shadow compact, 5 piece Make-up Brushes and stand, Lip Stick, Perfume Bottle and Nail Polish. The perfume ad nail polish are empty bottles, and the eye shadows are not real either.
  This is packaged in a plain white cardboard box, nothing fancy at all. The pieces are all placed in a plastic tray with a lid to keep them from bouncing around during shipment. I would deduct a 1/2 star for packaging not being beautiful if the toys inside weren't so great.

 I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

My Review:

This is a very sweet love story. It is really about 3 families. Willa and her son Scout. Scout has recovered from Cancer and Willa is a home health hospice type nurse. Finn Conrad who is a illusstrator for Children's books, and wants to find out why his father left so much money to his nurse, aka Willa. The Bramble family. They own the Bramble House B & B.
There are a lot of mysteries in this book even though it is not a mystery book. The elder Mr Conrad had given Willa a ring, which originally he had given his wife years before But when his wife and him had divorced he has secretly taken the ring with him. When Fin saw the ring he knew it was the one given to his mother, but when the Elder Bramble Aunt seen the ring she was positive it was her Great Grandmothers.
Fin and his sisters and mother want to know how Willa had talked his Father out of a large sum of money left o her in his will. They believe she is a conniving horrible user. After Fin meets her he finds out she is anything but.
That is all I will say about the story you have to read it to find the answers. C J Carmichael has done a wonderful job with this story. She drags you into the story and you just have to continue turning the pages. This is a story anyone could read it is not erotic or elicit in any way. You Learn about the small town of Marietta Montana and the people of Marietta as well as the main characters. The Characters are well written. This was a joy to read especially with Christmas bearing down on us.

Book Blast for Seeking Davi by Megan Slayer

Seeking Davi
by Megan Slayer

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
GENRE: M/M, Paranormal, Contemporary, Erotic, LGBT
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

BLURB:

A place to belong and strong arms to hold him—but will this shifter get what he needs?

After being rescued and taken to the Sanctuary, a refuge for lion shifters, Talisman knows he’s safe. But he’s restless. All the other shifters have paired up, except Talisman and one other shifter. The guy is fine, but he doesn’t make Talisman’s heart beat or his lion roar. Talisman refuses to give up looking for what he wants, but he never expected love to come running, stark naked, through a hole in the fence.

Davi doesn’t understand what’s happened to him. One minute, he’s a happy lion at the petting zoo. The next, he’s being hunted and humans want to use his head as a trophy. When his hope is almost gone, two lions appear to show him an escape route. At the Sanctuary, he realizes his power to shift and the desires of a human male. He doesn’t trust humans, but there’s one shifter he wants to know better.

Talisman and Davi must decide whether to give in to their animal urges or let the ghosts of the past tear their world apart for good. No matter what they choose, there’s one person who doesn’t want anyone, especially the shifters, to get their happy ending. As Talisman and Davi seek forever, it just might be ripped right out of their hands.

Davi withdrew his hand. The fear still gripped him, but if Talisman had wanted to harm him, he would’ve jumped through the bushes and attacked. He didn’t. The lion within Davi wanted to investigate Talisman. Who was he to argue with the cat?

“I’m scared,” Davi whispered. He rose to his knees then crawled out from behind the shrubbery. He sat under one of the skinnier trees and hugged his knees.

Talisman, still in his lion form, sat beside Davi. He licked his paw then rubbed his paw over the top of his head. After a few licks and swipes across his forehead, he snorted.

“Messy.” Davi stole glances at the big cat. Talisman looked so powerful and graceful. He wanted to be like his new friend, but he couldn’t. Carlton’s insults came back to him. Worthless, clumsy, too big, lumbering…no good as a lion.

Talisman butted Davi’s shoulder with his head. He made a sound that resembled a cross between a grunt and a soft roar. Just as quickly as he’d shifted into lion form, Talisman shifted back into his human form. But this time, he wasn’t wearing clothes.

Talisman retrieved his wadded up garments and held them in front of his cock and balls. He settled beside Davi again and stretched his legs. He leaned back, bracing himself on his arms. The pants and shirt lay over his groin, but didn’t hide the erection tenting them.

“Welcome to Sanctuary.”
