Surprised by the female's actions, Desiderus watched her run for a moment before his mind registered her actions. Her obsidian hair flew behind her with a strange bag slung over her small shoulders. In a way, he should have known Haven would bolt. Experience all but told him that. Many had run and failed. Desiderus shook his head and a grin spread across his lips. She wouldn't get far and not just because she was naked. He had a pretty good idea that Haven didn't worry about her loss of clothes as much as she worried about what he might do to her. He would have loved nothing more than to chase after her...but she needed to be taught a lesson, to understand what it meant for him to have her name, for him to be in control.

After quickly making Ba'al's sign in the air in front of him, a toad with a circle, magic flickered into the sigil like sparking a match. The sign brightened to an orange color. Desiderus had been a demon so long it took seconds to create. Under his breath, he let her name roll off his tongue in one easy motion, "Haven Rowe."

The color of the sigil sprinkled away on a breeze and black smoke swirled. Haven's image slowly began to appear, little by little, tantalizing, as if she somehow knew he wanted her body, far more than he had any other mortal female. Her legs came first, the lazy curve of her hips, he groaned with the swell of her heaving breasts, and finally her face construed in a perfect scowl piercing him with those damn blue eyes.

"Running will do you no good, Haven." Inside lust coiled around his core, urging him to do anything but stand there looking staring. Her skin shimmering with sweat, making his tongue slip out to lick his lips. He swallowed a groan at the thought of tasting her tanned flesh. Lost in his erotic notions he didn't see her foot until it was too late and a sharp jolt of lightning like pain raced up from between his legs, shooting over his spine and slamming into the base of his brain. Colors formed in his eyes and he blinked it away as his stomach churned. His knees weakened, but he kept himself standing somehow, adrenaline replacing the pain as anger mounted inside him like a lion.

"But that does demon." Haven turned to run for the second time and despite the throbbing radiating from his balls, Desiderus reached out for her, latching fingers around an ankle that had come up from the ground and Haven fell front first into the dirt with Desiderus falling on top of her.

From Chapter 1

“What’s all that ruckus out there?” Caleb asked his driver.

Roger pulled a stocking cap from his head, mussing his curvy brown hair as if he’d touched a plasma globe, and dropped into the high-backed barrister chair opposite Caleb. He sank into the dark, velvet cushion as if he’d been running for days and said, “The nine ladies dancing have arrived.”

Caleb’s grimace answered him. “It sounds like a flock of cackling hens.”

“Cackling hens? Those were French hens. Three I think.”

“What?”

“Are you with me, Caleb? Three French hens, two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear—”

“Are you singing?” Caleb interrupted him.

Roger chuckled. “Perhaps not very well. The last of the guests have arrived for their holiday package. Christmas has officially begun, my friend. You might as well get into the spirit rather than sitting in here with a look like you’re about to stab someone with a bayonet. Do you want to welcome the last four guests to the chateau or go hide in your happy solitude?”

Caleb made a grumbling sound under his breath as if selecting which topic to respond to. He looked to the fireplace where orange and bright shards of branches gave way to the black and gray outlines of wood that had finished burning. The fire had died; the embers merely had to admit it now to make it so. Caleb stared at the patches of orange, considering the effort necessary to break the tender wood to release the flames still hidden inside. It was easier to allow the embers to slowly give up, to slowly extinguish all hope for rekindling.

My Grand daughters love to put make up on, I don't love trying to get it back off of them and everything in close proximity to where they put it on. They think they are putting this on and I am gonna let them. My only problem with this set is, it does not come boxed, it comes in a bubble envelope. The cosmetics have a piece or saran wrap wrapped around them. That is the packaging.
 The set comes with a 4 piece brush set, a gossamer pull string bag, a lip gloss, a pressed powder compact, a blush compact, a eye shadow set of 3.  Please know that these are fake, there will be no color, no powder, no nothing coming off the compacts. The lip gloss bottle is empty also. Thsi is great for kids to pretend play with..

Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones | TALON

I have had a handful of sets of bluetooth earphones. Some have been next to useless. Some have been good. Some I even thought were great, I have now decided, well they aint all that. This set I can put my phone down and walk up to 30 feet away and have no problems hearing, or them disconnecting. I am he type of person who likes to clean to wither Audio books or music. I am not a TV watcher that much and if I did watch while cleaning I probably wouldn't get much cleaning done. So headphones are a must. While cleaning you do not stand still, I am always running here or there to get something or put something away. Using wired headphone is a pain in the ear. The wires are always hanging up on something and being ripped out of my ears.
  These fit nicely. They come with 3 sets of earbuds so they can be fitted to your ears. I use the smallest ones. These are sweat proof. They have amazing noise isolation. The sound is crisp and clear and can be very loud if need be. They paired within seconds on my phone, laptop, tablet, and MP3 player. These will pair with 2 devices at once. I can even talk on my phone. All the controls are on one earphone. You also get the USB charging cable. IT takes about 1 1/2 hours to fully charge these. And you gt 4 to 6 hours use out of a full charge. These would make a great gift also.

Dot&Dot Foldable Duffle Bag

I am a huge fan of this tote bag. I am also a huge fan of Dot & Dot, they go on every trip I take. Their line of travel products is outstanding. This travel bag is no different in that aspect. This bag is huge. I can pack a weeks worth of clothing, shoes, and toiletries in here and still have room for more. And get this when you are not using it it has a zipper on the end that you can collapse the bag and zip the end and it folds up less then an inch thick and 11 wide x 12 inches tall. Stores great in a drawer, closet or bottom of other luggage. When opened up the bag is 27.5 x 12 x 11 and duffle style.
 This would also be great to add to current luggage for bringing home dirty clothes or your souvenir treasures. The reason I would say pack the dirty clothes in it is because I cannot toss my suitcase in the washer but I can this bag.
  The bag has outer pockets on the end and side.. It has a handle in the middle and inside the bag is a removable shoulder strap. This would also be great for kids going to Grandma's, the gym, and so much more.

Great set of pen. Huge variety of colors and inks. You get 60 pens that include Classic, Glitter, Metallic, Neon, Pastel and Swirl Colors inks. They come in a nice box with 5 trays of 12 different pens. These would make a great gift for teens and crafters. The pens all wrote very smoothly.. The lids fit tightly so they do not come off and the pens dry out. The pens are non-toxic and acid-free, so great for kids and scrap booking. The inks are very vibrant with rich colors. There should be at least one color for any project you can come up with. I am a freak for adult coloring books and these work great. I don't have to dig into the paper to get full coverage like with some pens, and I have had no bled through.
