Camera made backing up to the trailer easier with our truck. all the hardware is with it. You will need to get your own video screen though. The view is pretty clear. Having the 8 lights for night is a plus on this. It is small and very easy to hook up. It outlasted the heat and rain of Florida Summer.

Window Bird Feeder by Yellow Beaks

This is a really cute bird feeder from Yellow beaks. It is made of clear acrylic and has 3 suction cups for hold it to your window or glass door. It is very easy to put together and install. You just have to slide the suction cup ends into the pre-cut holes. And stick onto clean glass. I wet my suction cups to make them stick better. I added about a cup of bird seed to begin with but it will hold much more. The front side is pretty much all open for the birds to come and go. It is a big enough opening for more then one bird. The bird house is shaped like a house. My Grand Daughter loved watching the birds so much I let her take mine home with her where it is now on the glass sliding door and she can watch birds whenever she wants. This would make a great gift for kids and adults who like birds.

For many years, I was a criminal defense attorney and at the end of my career a prosecutor, but I always managed to find time to write. What I saw and experienced during those years often serves as a basis for my writing. For me, learning how to write has been a long, continuous and, at times, torturous process.

Now retired, I try to write every day and I feel fortunate that I have found something in writing that sustains me. I’m glad I persevered during all those years of rejection. More than anything, writing about what I see and experience in life has given me a sense of worth.

Thank you for your important questions. Below are my answers:

My career as a lawyer helped me write this book only insofar as in 1974 Governor Jerry Brown appointed to me to a four year term as a Board Member on the Agriculture Labor Relations Board which adjudicated unfair labor practices in California´s agricultural fields. That experience confirmed what I had been told by my family, who had been illegal Mexican migrant farm workers, about the working conditions and wages in the agricultural fields.

No, Jesusita is not based on any specific cases I´ve worked on.  However the drowning of Paulina and all the legal processes that followed were drawn from my years of experience as a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor.

 My reasons for writing the book.

In 1974 when I was appointed to the A.L.R.B., California´s economy ranked eleventh in the economies of the NATIONS around the world.  The biggest industry in California then was agriculture. Today, half of the nation´s produce still comes from California.  In 1974 the agricultural workforce, the people working the fields, was almost 100% Mexican and of those the vast majority were illegal immigrants. Today, I submit that workforce is still primarily made up of Mexicans, a very substantial number of whom are illegal immigrants.  I invite anyone who doubts me to spend a day or two in the agricultural fields of the Central Valley or on the coast beginning with Watsonville and working your way south, or at El Centro at the border, and see who the workforce is in those fields.  When ranch owners are asked why they hire those people, their answer is always, "We can´t get white folks to do this work."  (They never add, "For those kind of wages.)

Why did I write this book?

Because I was tired of hearing that illegal Mexican immigrants are rapists and thieves, lazy no-counts who just suck the nation´s benefits dry.  I want people to understand that the fruits and vegetables on their tables were probably raised and harvested by those "filthy" no-counts. I wanted people to see what their lives are and have been like as they nation´s agricultural workforce. Those folks have worked hard for every penny they´ve ever earned.

Finally, unlike the Filipinos who were brought here without their women, the Mexicans brought their children  who had children like me, who were lucky enough to have been born here, and by my birthright be a citizen.  

I am grateful for all the benefits and opportunities I have received in this great nation, especially the educational opportunities. But I also believe that I have contributed to this society as an attorney for years in the criminal justice system, by leaving my law practice for four years and moving to Sacramento to be a Board member on the AL.R.B., and serving as the District Attorney in the county where I lived.

Jastore® Baby Girl's Headbands Elastic Headbands With Bows (8 Pack)

I love these adorable headbands from Jastore. They are so cute. There are 8 in the pack so you should be able to wear these with any outfit. These are sold for babies but I can even wear them. They are very stretchy. There is no part on these headbands that could scratch baby. I love all the colors. They are made out of a t-shirt type material. I have tossed mine in the washer with no problem also.  These would make a great gift for any little girl or for a baby shower gift. My Grand Daughter is 6 and she loves them.

TeckNet Bluetooth Wireless Mouse, Grey (BM306)

Great mouse. It does not need a receiver it is bluetooth. it paired very easily with my laptop and I have had no problems at all with it. It runs on 1 AA battery which are not included, but can last up to 8 months. It scrolls smoothly and very quietly. The top buttons are silent. It has 2 buttons on the side where your thumb goes to go back and forth between pages.
There is no receiver so if you are not blue tooth enabled this will not work for you. We have 4 computers in the house and my laptop is the one only one bluetooth enabled so I can only use this with my laptop. It is a great mouse, I only gave it the 4 stars because there is no receiver at all with it. Works very well with my Lenovo laptop though.

Chef U Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl Set with Silicone Bottom, Lids, Measurement Marks, Set of 3

 I am in love with these mixing bowls already. i actually was in love with them when I first saw them. I only use metal bowls in my kitchen and a few glass bowls. I do not like plastic at all.
  This set of bowls comes with 3 bowls and 3 silicone lids. The bowls are stainless steel wit a coating of silicone on the bottoms of the outside to help make them non slip. I have to say the non slip silicone is what sold me to begin with.  The bowls are 1.5 Quart/20cm/7.9in, 2 Quart/22cm/8.7in, 2.5 Quart/24cm/9.4in. These are nesting bowls and even the lids fit in and on the bowls. So it leave you more room in your cabinets. These are dishwasher safe, but hot soapy water works just as well. Being stainless steel these should never rust.
  This may just be the last set of bowls you will ever need to buy. These would also make a great gift for a bridal shower, house warming, or any other gift giving occasion. These would also make a great focal point in a kitchen or baking themed gift basket.
