My Review: The Enterprising Chipmunk [Kindle Edition] By: Gramps Doodlebug
A really cute story about a really resourceful Chipmunk. Khalee is a chipmunk who loves to dig holes but really didn't like hunting for food. He also is a picky eater. One day his parents tell him he needs to stop digging and start hunting for food, so Khalee goes out looking, he comes across a squirrel eating dead bugs, which makes him squeamish, so he keeps walking, he finds some mushrooms and takes them home proud of himself. his parents not so much and they tell him he needs to try again the next day. The next day he finds and picks some sunflower sprouts and takes them home only to find out he stole someone else's food.
Khalee then decides he he will go far away from his home and find some food. He runs into a mouse who gives him some leads on food, as well as helps him some. Khalee ends up outsmarting a fox and a snake but in the end he gets the food he went after.
Gramps Doodlebug sent me this book for my honest review, and honestly I applaud him for a terrific story. The story would be great for kids between 6 and 10. It also has some great pictures, that might even keep younger kids attention. The adventure is fun but also has a few lessons included.

My Review: ABIGAIL and the North Pole Adventure By: Tali Carmi E-book
Very cute and educational children's story. it is written by Tali Carmi and illustrated by Neda Fuchedzhieva. Neda done a great job with the illustrations in the book, they are really cute, colorful, and get a child's attention.
Tali wrote a really good story for younger children, I would say ages 2 to 6. In the story Abigail decides to visit the North Pole via her magic book and on her Magic Bicycle, where she meets Siku.
Siku teaches Abigail different things about the North Pole. He teaches her about igloos, ice fishing, polar bears and more.
I am not positive but by doing a Amazon search I found a total of 4 books in Tali Carmi's Abigail series.
I was given a copy of this book for my honest review.

A WELL-KEPT SECRET
R.N. FELDMAN
Most people know me as an artist, so it came as a surprise
to all my friends, and even my own mother that I had written a sci-fi/fantasy novel. The Creator’s Eye has been nearly thirty
years in the making, and a very well kept secret from a guy who often stinks at
keeping his lips zipped.
It was in my twenties that I realized that I didn’t want it
to be a video game (although it still bares the fast-pace of one). It needed to be a book, and from there could
be transformed into anything else it fit.
By then, my old ideas about video games were no longer so ahead of their
time. I took a few stabs at writing it
as a novel, but they were awful. Just
terrible. Parakeets would protest the
lining of their pages with them. It
wasn’t until I read the Windup Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi that I had an epiphany
that the book had to be written from multiple points of view.
I wish I could say that from there, the story simply flowed
out of me (and it did at many times), but I have learned from many years of
painting, that no matter how clearly I can picture something in my head, it
doesn’t always come out how I expected it.
Even though I have pictured Michael, Maya, Sefu, and the rest for
decades, I was often stymied when I put pen to paper. Some
parts I had to figure out, rewrite, and mull over for weeks. For instance, the emotional complexity and
motivations of my characters was something that developed as I wrote them. I often didn’t know what they would say about
a situation until they were confronted by it.
Completing Mover of Fate, the first book in The Creator’s
Eye series was one of the most thrilling moments in my life and I am so excited
to finally be able to share it with people.
I am hard at work editing Part II and plan to release it this Fall, and
there is much more to come.

About
the Author:
Edgy and provocative in his
writings, Thomas Briar strives to exalt the virtues of love and lust in every
erotic story he creates. To date, he's garnered eleven publishing contracts
with three different publishers and has seven published books in the
marketplace.
When he's not writing, he enjoys
spending time with his wife, reading, taking long walks, and people watching.
Yeah, he's always wondering what makes people do the things they do. He knows
it's usually something hidden in plain sight. He just has to figure out what it
is, much like the motivations of the characters in his stories.
Five
Revelations from Thomas Briar
• I
was once a very religious young man. The ladies in the church I attended wore
their hair in buns and their dress-tails brushed against the hardwood floor.
Considering the explicit sexual content in my books, who would ever suspect
that I came from such an austere environment…right?
• At
twenty-five years of age I discovered Zalman King's Red Shoe Diaries and Anais
Nin. The course of my life was forever altered. However, due to my religious
upbringing, I suffered quite the emotional dilemma: either reinvent myself into
who I wanted to be or continue to live out my life in religious austerity. I
honestly believe I made the right choice.
•
My wife is the most fun I've ever had. And I suspect she always will be. I met
her when I was twenty-two and she was nineteen. I knew I was going to marry her
three weeks into our relationship but I waited eight months before I actually asked for her hand in
marriage. We've been together twenty-one years. She's the love of my life.
• I'm
no stranger to manual labor. My father put me to work at six years old. I
chuckle now whenever I think back at how I considered it a travesty that my
younger brother didn't have to start working until he was seven. My brother and
I are still the best of friends all these many years later.
•
I love writing erotica and erotic romance. Every time I publish a new story I
feel like I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing with my life.

My Review: Thirty Scary Tales (Illustrated): Horror Stories (Kindle Edition) By Rayne Hall
Rayne Hall does it again. I really like her writing style, her imagination, and the way she drags you into her stories. Thirty Scary Tales is not a horror book with blood and guts its more a thriller. I have read a couple of Rayne's books and this one to me is better then her others. At the end of each story she has a short description of how she came up with the story. Some of the stories in this book are a different twist to some popular fairy tales.
My favorite story in the book was: By your own free will. She says it is a twist on the Little Mermaid story. In the story Marian has an IQ of 163 and is in Love with a co-worker Josh who doesn't seem to notice her at all. Marian visits a witch in order to get a love potion. The witch tells he she doesn't do love potions but if she would trade 20 of her IQ points she would do an allure potion which would not take Josh's free will away from him. Marian agrees. Josh notices her but it's not enough for Marian so she visits the witch again, who tells her she will do the Allure potion again for 20 more IQ points, Marian agrees. This goes on until Marian is no better then an idiot, who still doesn't have her man.
This is a really good book. I am so glad I was given the chance to read this book in exchange for an honest review. I wouldn't let small children read it though. The stories are really kind of creepy and things nightmares are made of. #raynehall

My Review: Pura d'or: Premium Organic Argan oil Conditioner for Hair (16 fl. oz.)
Premium Organic Argan Oil Based Conditioner- Lavender Vanilla:
99% Vegetable Base IngredientsManages Frizz
Enhances Shine
Argan Oil Based
Paraben, Sulfate and Gluten Free
I was chosen to receive a bottle of this conditioner in exchange for my honest review. Honestly I love this stuff!! It smells wonderful, which is always a good thing. I used this for almost a week and my dry frizzy hair is very happy now. It is so much easier to manage, my hair is soft, no longer like straw. my hair is now shiny, where last week it was dull. I love the fact that it is all natural with no sulfates, parabens, or gluten. I love Argan oil. To me Argan oil is pretty much a miracle product for everything to do with the outer body. I read other reviews on this before I received it, wanted to know what I was getting myself into. On one review I read that the person used a small amount as a leave in conditioner, so I tried it over the weekend when I knew I would be home just in case it didn't go as planned. It worked great!!! Using it as a leave in conditioner this huge bottle will last a really long time since you only need a squirt or less. It comes in a plastic bottle with a squirt top which I love since slippery substances and lids do not go together to well.

My Review: Pura d'or Premium Organic Argan Oil Based Scalp & Dandruff Shampoo
Premium Organic Argan Oil Based Scalp & Dandruff Shampoo:
Helps Control Flaking, Scaling and Itching
Soothes Scalp
Moisturizes Hair
Paraben, Sulfate and Gluten Free
All Natural
I was chosen to receive a bottle of this shampoo in exchange for my honest review. My whole family used this shampoo to try it. My Son In Law has dandruff and a crew cut so we used his head the most to see how well the shampoo worked. After just a couple of times the flaking was pretty much gone. He also said the itching was gone and his hair was soft.
I have some dry scalp due to the beauty products and hair spray. My hair is also very dry and frizzy. After using this shampoo my hair is soft and more manageable. No more itching either.
It does have a strong smell but then so do all Dandruff shampoo's. I do like that it is all natural, and has no sulfate or parabens. It's also gluten free. It doesn't lather up like a lot of shampoo's. I don't feel you need a head full of bubbles in order to get your hair clean. I love the fact that it did not make my hair feel like straw. You just can't go wrong with Argan oil though. It is also a bit pricey but the bottle seems to last a long time, unless you are going for that head full of bubbles, then it will go pretty fast. i also love the pump bottle. Shampoo lids are a little hard to deal with one handed.
